It is unbelievable that you now have to provide your own lettuce/tomato to order any salad. Substitution is fine but this has been going on too long. In addition, even when you chose a substitution item, you don't get it. Perhaps if you pay your bills, you will have the products. I have loved Panera for a long time but this location is going down hill.
