I try to be fair when I leave reviews, and I usually give food service teams the benefit of the doubt. I really like this new Panera drive-thru and have had some great visits. However, I’ve stopped by twice in the past two weeks around the same time, and both visits were disappointing.
I always order ahead and only pull into the drive-thru once I’m notified that my order is ready. On the first visit, I wasn’t acknowledged right away because the staff was talking and laughing together. It took about a minute, which wasn’t a big issue, and I don’t mind a friendly work environment.
The second visit was different. I waited about five minutes with no acknowledgement. The staff was dancing and chatting, and the team member at the window leaned on the ledge with her back to me several times. She even glanced at my car more than once, but no one greeted me, asked me to wait, or offered any help. My order had been ready the entire time.
I enjoy Panera’s food and want to keep coming back, but this level of service isn’t what I am use to.

I had a very disappointing experience at the drive-thru. I waited over 20 minutes for a soup, which I could clearly see was ready, while two employees (a man and a woman wearing glasses) were laughing and chatting with each other instead of helping customers. I felt offended by the lack of respect and professionalism, as it seemed like they didn’t care about providing good service. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but this level of disinterest and poor customer service is unacceptable. I truly hope management addresses this issue, because it leaves a very bad impression of the establishment.

This is the 2nd time I order online and when I pick up at the window they hand us over the wrong other. The 1st time I drove all the way home and when I unpacked I saw it was not what I ordered so I had to drive back. The 2nd time I sent my husband to pick it up and when he got home again the whole order was someone else's. I called and all they said was I noticed when I gave your order to the other person, you can come and pick up your order. I dont understand how they get these mix ups when they are not even busy. IT'S VERY INCONVENIENT TO DRIVE HOME AND HAVE TO DRIVE BACK BECAUSE OF SOMEONE'S CARELESSNESS.

Finally bought back the freaking mocha

Overly priced for a small amount of food. I paid $7 for the smallest amount of Mac and cheese. I also got the world’s smallest baguette and salad to accompany it. For a total of $21.
Also, the employee kept calling me loudly by my full legal name (they got it from the app) multiple times in a 2 min encounter. It was strange and felt like an invasion of my privacy. It made me uncomfortable. Never had such experience at ANY food place.
Panera used to be the spot, not anymore.

Management is beyond disrespectful! Received the wrong item and when manager was contact about said incorrect item she felt that hanging up the call mid conversation was the professional thing to do! Disgusting behavior!

I ordered a $10 salad and they did not even try to fill the bowl. It was like a mini kid salad. It's not worth the money, just go to publix. I was still hungry 😩
The new location itself is pretty nice but the service and food horrible. 0 stars overall
