Since I have moved to the area, I have always come to this Panera Bread as I enjoy the customer service they provide, today though it was a different scenario. I ordered Uber eats because I’m in a rush to get to work! Uber Eats is an app where your food and beverage should be ready for pick up. I have never had a problem with this Panera Bread When I have ordered through Uber Eats! today, I received my order half complete. I ordered an oatmeal and an iced green tea. In the past when I have ordered items like this, they are ready for pick up I don’t need to go and make my own beverage. That is why I order through Uber Eats. When I asked one of the employees for the drink, I was missing they gave me An empty cup, which I was confused, I once again told her I had ordered a ice, green tea and another Employee interfered with an attitude because I asked for an iced green tea. She basically wanted me to go and make my own beverage. Sabrina with an attitude demanded another employee to make my drink, I hope this is not one of your employees as she does not know how to handle a situation so small. As someone who owns their own Business and works alongside people. The employee named Sabrina should not have handled the situation the way she did. This is something that an employee or maybe someone From a higher position, should speak to her about. Customer service is not for Everyone, we all have bad days and good days. There was no reason for Sabrina to act and treat me the way she did. Especially for something so minimum I could only imagine the way she would act if this were to be a bigger situation.

'Value' rating - ZERO starsFunny how a "whole" sandwich is in reality Half of a sandwich; and, only 50% of it has ingredients on it.The school kids that keep this place in business must have no economic sense about them.Lastly, the 2 ounces of shredded chicken they put on my "whole" sandwich had a chicken bone in it!

Dark Coffe is fantastic if it's available around 9am Monday-Friday. The oatmeal-raisin-cranberry-walnut cookies are awesome.One star for atmosphere because they allow dogs inside cafe. If you are comfortable with dog toilet smell while eating drinking, there's nothing demented with dog company in a cafe?

This is the worst Panera Bread location. Service is horrible. Most young ladies behiind the counter are impatient and have a nasty attitude. Manager is curt and feels entitled. By 10 a.m., they are out of essential items such as souffles, and they get offended when you ask why. The place does not look clean and the atmosphere is unfriendly. It should close down.
I am very upset with one of the cashiers at this site. I am a customer who visits Panera twice a day and always has the best service but now they have a new cashier who is a disaster. Very bad Customer Service and apparently she has some relationship with the manager because he didn't scold her when she saw how she treated me. I'm sorry, I don't plan to come back again. Bad Customer Service
