This is by far the best pizza hut that I have been to in Dade and Broward. I called in an order yesterday and had the pleasure of speaking to shateria.She was extremely pleasant and very professional.When I walked in the restaurant, I was greeted with a beautiful smile by Clolette, and she was also extremely pleasant. My last interaction was with Shanice,she was just as nice.Needless to say,I was thoroughly impressed by these ladies' level of customer service!! 10 out of 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

So this is the only store that ranges near my house. There is always and i literally mean always an issue...eirther the manager is not available or the driver called and no answer but yet they called me back to verify my address. This is like the 4 time I had an issue with this store. They are so unprofessional to the max. The customer service rep had me on hold for about 12 min and hung up about 3 times and told me why am I hanging up...unbelievable! Do not go or place an order w this store!!!!

Amazing food and service and they go beyond to get your order out. My cousin ordered pizza for my little niece birthday on Saturday August 3rd they really got here quick and thanks to that employee and manager ... That manager helped alot God bless her....

Worse Pizza Hut ever. Ordered a pizza by 8 pm and received a call at 10 pm saying that the driver broke down, that they could still deliver my pizza, but it was going to take some time. (How much time ???? 3.5 hours? Long story short, I said I didn't want anything to just cancel my order and the manager called me back saying she would give me the credit to my account for the inconvenience... called in the day after to order my pizza and I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes . Never got to place my order because they said there was no credit in my account . I will never again order from this place. Mind you I'm pregnant and was craving Pizza Hut , but dealing with this store is a disaster . Absolutely worst customer service . All employees should be replaced including the manager which clearly does not know how to do her job.

Came in and was not having such a great day then i was a greeted by a worker name shamar, he answered and spoke to me with a very vibrant energy and treated me with respect and suggested a order for me to get which i loved, 10/10 would come again i love the energy there.
