I’m sorry personally everything was way too salty. The fries, the sauce, the batter used to fry the chicken. Also, you can still see the feathers on the wings??The dining area was dirty. A mop in the middle just sitting there by the trash, tables with crumbs/greasy. The tiles looked like it hadn’t been clean.
I would be very concern about taking my elders there to eat….too greasy & salty!
I recommend the place, very nice, the service is incredible, both the cashier and the waitress serve you very well.

The lady taking the order was so nice, that made us feel really good to start.... it was our first time trying the food, and of course, ever going to a Pollo Campero!
We kept it simple and ordered 2 Chicken Breasts & 2 Wings, 2 orders of Rice & Black Beans, 1 order of Fries, and 2 Breads (and 2 fountain drinks, which they had Jamaica drink, and that was pretty cool)!
It was not bad at all!

The best chicken in town. Crispy and the best juicy roast with good flavor
Waited 1 hr to dine in and my food was never ready, asked for a refund and walked out, they were prioritizing uber ears and drive thru orders, one of the employees said only 5 team members on staff, I tried to ask multiple times for an update on my meal and the entire team was just frazzled, very poor experience… many other patrons were complaining about hour + waits

I visited this new location on 10/19/24 and was pleasantly surprised the food was great. We ordered the Fried chicken family meal along with chicken nuggets. The macaroni and cheese, coleslaw and seasoned rice was very flavorful. On top of the good food Customer service was top tier Jose Manuel our cashier was so professional and attentive. We will definitely patronize the buisness again. Thank you.

What a disappointment, I waited 44 minutes for my food with my family, and while I was waiting I went and asked the cashier and he replied "they are already preparing it, we were waiting for the chicken", I knew it was a LIE since exactly what I ordered was two more tables that arrived after me who had made the same order and had brought it to them and 20 minutes later I stand up and ask for my refund and what they offer me is 4 more pieces of chicken and I told them no, that it was a waste of 44 minutes for a fast food meal, apart from all that the character of the guy at the cash register was very bad by the way, the others were attentive but the guy at the cash register and the manager who didn't even apologize, I still like the chicken and I will continue buying but I'd rather order it to the house
