Today was my first time trying this restaurant. Upon entry, the restaurant was clean and the staff were pleasant. I order the roasted chicken with plantains. A+. The chicken was seasoned well and juicy. It was so good I had to express to the staff how pleased I was. I will definitely come back again.

I recently tried Pollo Campero and overall, the food was pretty good—definitely not your average fast food. The chicken had interesting, bold flavors that stood out from the typical fried chicken spots, and the sides had a nice Latin twist that gave the meal a little extra character.

That said, while the flavors were solid, it didn’t quite measure up to some other places I’ve tried in terms of overall satisfaction. The quality was decent, but not enough...

I’m sorry personally everything was way too salty. The fries, the sauce, the batter used to fry the chicken. Also, you can still see the feathers on the wings??The dining area was dirty. A mop in the middle just sitting there by the trash, tables with crumbs/greasy. The tiles looked like it hadn’t been clean.

I would be very concern about taking my elders there to eat….too greasy & salty!
