Went there to pick up my birthday meal. I normally don't go to Pollo tropical because I don't know what any of the items are cuz I don't speak Spanish or I don't know what the items are.. I knew what this was. Chicken, rice and black beans. It was very good. The people were extremely nice to me and wish me happy birthday

Food is great as usual for Pollo Tropical. But men’s soap dispenser in bathroom was broken and they ran out of Cilantro garlic sauce at 12pm! Not sure how that happens
