This is supposed to be the avocado tropichop.. This cost more due to the SLICES of avocado, not an old ass slice. Then they forgot to put the utensils inside even after i asked, so I had to eat with my hands.. overall, I'm not happy with the service..

The staff was pleasant as we communicated in Spanglish and the place was very clean.

Honestly the service is fast and friendly, but it's disrespectful that a tropichop is so expensive, when the rice, chicken and beans are served in such small portions. But that's not all, the avocado is just a tiny part of the Mexican avocado, which is generally already small. It's a mockery of other people's pockets.

The worker are great they give you enough food at dinner time to say, "Wow I wouldn't change this place for any other pollo best one so far just when on of the Manger comes by they get stingy. But when he's not, there is the best i don't know the guys name but as long as he not there they di a amazing job 🤣🤣🤣😍😍😍.

Horrible place, horrible service. Ordered online and my order wasn’t just ready, they didn’t even print the ticket. I ordered a chicken sandwich and the piece of chicken was the size of my pinky. Poor establishment. STAY AWAY from this location. I’d rather drive to Broward.
I’m finally going to write a review! Listen this is such a disgrace of a place honestly! I don’t know who is cooking on the grill and who is packaging the food but I ordered from Uber eats and I received soggy Cesar salad with stale croutons that can break your teeth! I spit it out instantly. The grilled chicken breast tasted like it was sitting or re heated and got stale as well. The rice was over cooked, THEY NEVER ADD ANY SAUCE that you add with your order. This is such a shame! It’s always embarrassing going to this location and when you look inside no one is eating because since Covid they act like they can’t function as a normal restaurant! And not to mention this place is so unprofessional. Please do not eat here! And don’t bother apologizing for your lack of care as management! everyone needs to be fired there is a lack of care with their food! this is the worst Pollo I’ve ever been to.
Isabella is a customer service expert! When I visit Miami, I typically come to the first Pollo Tropical I see, expecting below average service.
Not this time! Isabella was very warm, friendly, and professional while order taking. She was just as amazing when completing our transaction and providing my food.
She double checked my order, and ensured that I had everything that I asked for.
Then the food was absolutely amazing, per usual.
However, KUDOS TO ISABELLA! You are a true Customer Service Superstar!
