This store has made a huge mistake by letting Carol Poole go. Customer service is horrible, all of the workers have attitudes when they are taking your order and when asking for sauces. The food is disgusting, no taste and my rice was soggy and the manager would not fix the problem. The store is filthy and has a bad odor. I was a faithful customer everyday during my lunch break, it use to be a nice, clean and friendly atmosphere and now I will not be back unless Carol Poole returns.

TERRIBLE SERVICE I RECENTLY PURCHASED 2 FAMILY COMBOS AND THEY GOT ME PURE BEAN SOUP AND THE INCOMPLETE
This location honestly is going way downhill. And it's sad to say considering it's in a good location. Almost every time I go here and in the Drive-Thru they always have us pull over and wait about 10 or 15 minutes for the food. Honestly the ticket averages anywhere from $25 to $40 this last trip really aggravated me. We ordered three orders of the cheesy yuca bites and that was it considering this location no longer does any of the Frozen drinks (there words) we pulled over like we normally do in about 25 minutes pass. At this point I got a little aggravated and went inside. I waited in line so that I can talk to someone and while I was waiting I saw several orders of it being made and nobody walking outside to bring it to anyone. By the time I made it to the counter I was so aggravated I requested my money back. At this point the gentleman behind the counter said that we need the food first. I understand that he did not know that I did not receive the food however when I tried to explain it to him it was like the order had already been handed out. Now this was strange to me considering that none of their staff members walked outside at any point. Just word to the wise, if you are asked to move out of the line to help them with their time chances are they're going to forget all about you.
