Snappers Fish & Chicken

The catfish was good. It was crunchy but not too hard, seasoned and everything. My first time here and will be back

I didn’t get what I ordered fries was soggy

Yesterday I was at an event for small business owners at North Dade Regional Library. The event provided refreshments and some finger food but I was feeling for some hot food. I have not had Snappers in a while but the meal did not disappoint. I got the 4 piece wings and fries with a side of BBQ sauce, I should've got a second side of buffalo sauce too.

I placed an order. It did not get the fish. I ordered

This snappers location is awful! I wish I could give ZERO stars! I went there to purchase a 12 piece snapper with fries. The employee said they only have a 20 piece I told her it’s on the menu it’s always been on the menu I buy it once a week for my family. She started yelling at me telling me I was lying because they only sale it buy 20 pieces. I asked for the manager she refused and insulted me further so I left. Extremely unprofessional and ghetto!

This snapper needs to be shut down I ordered on Uber eats and this is what I receive

Visit on 9/19 at 2:00pm. I was really disappointed with my recent experience at my local Snappers while visiting home. I’ve typically been able to overlook poor service, but today was different. The lady at the window was rude and unhelpful after making a mistake with my order.

What prompted me to write this review is the fact that she asked me to come to the front window to pay the price difference, only for them to refuse to open the window. I had to circle back through the drive-thru just to get them to open it, and when they finally did, I was met with even more attitude.

I can’t even enjoy my meal, this establishment really needs to prioritize better customer service.

Food was ok. The Okra was cut up in small little squares. It was hard to enjoy them. The conch didn't look like any conch I've had before. Gizzards was seasoned and cooked well

AVIOD THIS SNAPPERS LOCATION AT ALL COST THESE PEOPLE ARE SO NASTY AND CAN’T EVEN FRY SIMPLE FOOD… I LITERALLY JUST THREW ALL MY FOOD AWAY IT TASTED LIKE STRAIGHT GREASE!

Me and my husband went through drive through after the Dolphins game food was horrible chicken looked like it had been sitting for hours shrimp were hard and snapper fish was disgusting worst snappers I ever been to we stop to snappers every time we travel down south

I went through the drive through twice because I was not given any condiments. During the 2nd visit the teller said they had no ketchup, hot sauce, wing sauce or sauces for the fish. I was also not given an option or asked what flavor drink I wanted with my meal. I will not return to this location again. I would rather drive an additional 10 miles to go to another Snappers in North Broward.

It's not always I'm in the mood I have to taste for some good fried catfish, some okra, some hush puppies, some shrimp , but when I do I go to snappers , it's always fresh and customer service is excellent
