The service at this Snappers location is much better than the nearby location also in Miami Gardens. Even though I ordered the Oreo chicken and waffles, my ordered came with plain waffles. I simply requested the Oreo’s to be placed in a separate container, to which they gladly provided . The cashier at the drive thru was very polite and friendly!Vegetarian options: As vegetarian options, I order fried okra and collard greens.

Just left this establishment and the young lady at the counter was extremely rude and hostile af when I inquired about the wait time when noticing the fact that customers that came after me are receiving their orders in a timely fashion. At this point I wanted to leave the restaurant and patronize somewhere else but the child refused the refund when I asked nicely multiple times. I work in customer service and I would be fired for speaking to a customer in the manner she did. She needs to be retrained or fired or never to work the front counter again. I will also escalate this issue with corporate
