We are from Iowa but stop at this Starbucks after every Dolphins game when we are in town and they have the best service and the best staff! So impressed with the young staff who stay on top of all the nonstop orders from the sad Dolphins fans 😂

I visited Starbucks today 9/3/25 at 9:14 AM and the crew working this morning absolutely deserves recognition! The girl on the headset taking orders was so energetic, kind, and upbeat it instantly made my day brighter. The girl who handed me my food was just as pleasant and welcoming. Service was incredibly fast and efficient.
Whatever team was working at this time, you all get an A+ from me. Thank you for making my morning so positive!

This location close at 9pm, I arrive at the location at 8:05 pm i exactly looked at my watch. Arriving at the menu board over the intercom the gentleman greeted me and told me there's s No frappe available. I was highly upset not only that I drove 25mins that location because the one near me was already close but I only came there for frappe. I explained that to him and distress to him that they ain't close until 10pm why I cant get it. He told me they already cleaned up and McDonald's down the road i could go there. I was highly upset and told him if I wanted McDonald's I would of been on McDonald's line. Ill never go that location ever again.

Usually, I would say starbucks is starbucks; consistently good, nothing out if this world but worth getting as a treat here and there. Came to this store randomly and was met with the nicest starbucks cashier I've ever met, Ashlyn. She was so sweet, well spoken, had a great demeanor, and as someone that works in hospitality management, I left wanting to poach her !! Whoever hired her made the right call, and i almost want to drive out of my way to come to this starbucks instead of one closer to home, just for this great service. I haven't even gotten my food or drink yet but I'm writing this because I didn't want to forget. Thanks Ashlyn!

Barista was very rude and refused to give me a cup of water to my sick and nauseous grandchild who later threw up in the car. The barista argued with me I needed to be in line when there was five people waiting and my grandchild could not bear it any longer. I will never return to this location and expect a apology.

Starbucks is somewhere you can never go wrong. They always have a good little snack and a drink for everyone. Starbucks was never the cheapest but it’s still pretty good.

Been going here for a couple months now, and every time I order the coffee tastes burnt. I have ordered multiple iced coffees and they all taste the same. Please check your coffee machines, I’ve only had this issue in this store.

I come here frequently to meet associates as it is large and centrally located. I’ve never had an issue with the internet, finding a couple seats, or the food & drink service. Seems like a good place to reserve a small conference room as well, although I haven’t had the need. They have one that is usually occupied when I’m there.

I rather drive the extra distance to go to another coffee shop if I can.

Let start off by saying that I have noticed the huge difference of customer service this past year and it was and is for the good. Every other morning I am greeted cheerfully and happily by this wonderful young lady around my age maybe 23 or 24. All I can say is thank you for the cheerful and happy attitude and the quotes or messages left on my cups. I really appreciate them when starting my morning.

I ordered an iced coffee on UberEats and absolutely hated it. So I drove to the store and Angie not only gave me a great recommendation but she made sure it was still made with almond milk and wrote down the drink for me. Thank you Ms. Angie for your smile and great customer service!
