Been going here for a couple months now, and every time I order the coffee tastes burnt. I have ordered multiple iced coffees and they all taste the same. Please check your coffee machines, I’ve only had this issue in this store.
I come here frequently to meet associates as it is large and centrally located. I’ve never had an issue with the internet, finding a couple seats, or the food & drink service. Seems like a good place to reserve a small conference room as well, although I haven’t had the need. They have one that is usually occupied when I’m there.
Today the food and drinks are awesome cuz I asked for milk and cream and the bread is so delicious and measure everybody come thank you Starbucks
I rather drive the extra distance to go to another coffee shop if I can.
Let start off by saying that I have noticed the huge difference of customer service this past year and it was and is for the good. Every other morning I am greeted cheerfully and happily by this wonderful young lady around my age maybe 23 or 24. All I can say is thank you for the cheerful and happy attitude and the quotes or messages left on my cups. I really appreciate them when starting my morning.
I ordered an iced coffee on UberEats and absolutely hated it. So I drove to the store and Angie not only gave me a great recommendation but she made sure it was still made with almond milk and wrote down the drink for me. Thank you Ms. Angie for your smile and great customer service!
Love going there. The entire staff is super friendly and very nice. Doesn't matter what time or day. It's always great for me.

Yesterday, I ordered here through the drive-thru. I love matcha lattes. I said twice, “light ice, please, minimal ice.” I repeated that phrase twice. When I got to the drive-thru, I said it again, but the girl was distracted, chatting with her coworkers. This was the result—I paid almost $7 for a matcha latte and got this. You should pay more attention to your orders and customers. Honestly, this is frustrating.

this Starbucks is within a mile from my house so I'm always in there. the staff is polite and service is satisfactory. The coffee is great. I going to Starbucks when my son gave me a Starbucks Christmas gift card, I've been hooked every since. No more Dunkin' for me! My only negative comment is the prices. Little bit more expensive than Dunkin' but I'm staying at Starbucks.
This is where I get my coffee fix on the way to braid my hair near the Miami Gardens City Hall.. Hair Afrikana (ask for Rita). I agree with the negative reviews and also the positive ones. Service is not consistent like at other locations. With Trump as President now. We Dont want his store to get shut down so please fix the service, clean up the bathrooms and the lounge areas and keep the pick up counter as well as the barista bar clean. Keep the milk in the fridge always. Milk sitting in the counter will get bad and give us food poisoning. We need Miami Gardens Starbucks to stay open and offer service as any other store in the miami area. Please hire the right and qualified and dedicated staff. Maintain a level of self care and integrity. Thank you. I’m a once to twice monthly customer here and I’ve always felt the service here and sanitation standards was subpar. Worst nasty dirty floors dirty bathrooms dirty inside the kitchen area such a big and beautiful store with so filthy hygiene truly dissatisfied and dissapointed
The volume for the music was to high end up going outside tables
The service experience was terrible. I tried to run on my break to get a drink and I was in there for about 20 minutes. What saved the day was the two employees Angie and Anoise. After asking for a refund because I had to leave, Anoise who was doing another task offered to make my drink and gave me a larger size at that. Angie then gave me a refund due to the long wait. These ladies are true examples of what customer service looks like and if you ask me are the best employees in there not to mention the only two who greeted me from the very beginning and were courteous. Starbucks Miami Gardens needs to do better if only two employees in there make sense.
