For first time in my more than 15 years in Miami visiting Subways, someone greeted me with a smile,asking how is my day, and kindly referings the best offers they have. I had to ask for her name becasue people like her always make the difference. Sheyla, is an asset for any business with services as a core line. I hope the company make her feel as well as she made me and my colleagues feel today.
Ordered online and didn't get my order & they couldn't speak enough English to give me the refund thatis still due me.
First time I tried their dorito nachos kind of interesting. I also tried the cookie that was really weird but the best thing was the turkey sandwich which I really like. I don't think I've had anything else on their menu except that all the years I've been going

This is how I received my steak nachos once I got home unacceptable
I ordered online as usual. I requested pick up and it was $47 .67. I get to the store to pick up my order and the worker states that she canceled my order because it was over $30. She proceeds to tell me that I have to reorder in the store and pay again. I asked about the money that I already spent and she says oh it will be refunded. She shows me a receipt of what I paid and says it was voided. I did not see anything on the receipt that shows a credit for the amount. If you have a policy of online orders over $30 then that should be added on your website. Mind you this is mot the first time that I have ordered online for over $30 for delivery or pickup. I feel she was by herself and she just didn't want to fill my order. That's fine, I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN! And I better get my money back!
Completely ignored by the cashier and manager [Who didn't speak English at all]. Then she displayed a large degree of arrogance when she was about to place my order. I left. NO MAS!!!

The service today, Sunday, October 13 at 9:20 PM, was a disappointment. The person who served after making us wait almost 30 minutes because he began to prepare a Delivery told us that it was only for takeout because it was 9 o'clock and I arrived earlier. at 9 and after telling him who arrived first, the service was terrible, most of the subs I wanted told me that they were not available, the preparation of the subs was a total disaster since everything was done reluctantly, the truth is that for People like that are not worth visiting the restaurant anymore, at least when she is present.

The worst place in the world. They treated us very badly, they received us very badly only because we arrived 30 minutes before closing the place but why complain if the app says that they close at 12.

Worst Subway In the country. The blond guy with the gold earring who refused to speak to clients in English. Told us he didn’t know what bread was on the menu and treated everyone like we were bothering him. Do better Subway! Simple customer service
