I have been everywhere in the u.s and this is by far the worst subway …first of all she don’t speak English which i didn’t too much have a problem with so i ordered online instead and then i came back to get my order and she didn’t even give me my food she kept telling me i had to pay when i did online so i lost my money and didnt even get my food

1st of the employee didn’t speak to me or even crack a smile to make me feel comfortable! 2nd She forgot to put my bacon on the sandwich after i ordered an “Chicken bacon ranch” and then has an attitude when i tell her that she’s missing the bacon. and to top it all off the chicken was spoiled. It was horrible. I was throwing up and everything. I never had this experience with subway until I went into this specific one. 0/10 i don’t recommend

I ordered the new flat bread and I asked to change and add ingredients and the associate proceeded to tell me that I could not add or take out any ingredients that if I ordered it the flat bread I had to take it how it comes. Never thought Subway would do such a thing. I asked for the manager to talk about this ridiculous policy and she proceeded to tell me that I cannot change of add any ingredients and that soon the sandwiches will be the same. I went the following day to Subway in Miami Beach and asked if this policy was true and said that I can add or change anytime the Miami Beach location. Do not go to the Miami Gardens 27th Ave and nw 166th street Subway, they make there own rules. I hope the regional/ owner sees this review so they can get it straightened out. Horrible service

This is the WORST FOOT LONG sub sandwich I've ever had. the bread is stale and the employee knew it but serve it to me anyhow. I'll never go back there again.

my experience was terrible but the food was amazing Marian Ellis was very rude and had an attitude. I ask too use the bathroom and she proceeds too tell me i cant use the womens and that i only can use the mens bathroom, when i got in there is wass so disgusting and i express that and she walked away and shrugged her shoulders. Thank you soo much jojo for listening and caring for the customers

I travel the country for a living. This is hands down the worst subway in the country.. The bread I got was stale and hard.. The lady at the register tried to overcharge me. And the steak on my sandwich tasted awful even with Chipotle south west on it..needless to say I took one bite and threw it on the ground..then a bird landed on it..took 2 pecks at it and flew away quickly.. (no cap)..This place gives Subway a bad name..hope they see this review and fix the problems at this location. ZERO STARS FROM ME

So today i decided to go to my local subway. And as i walk and i say hi good afternoon to the lady that’s in the photo and she didn’t even respond back . Then as i proceed to explain what i want she kept cutting me off and rushing me . Then once it was time for me to check out i nicely handed her my money in her hand . She counted my change and slide it on the counter like she had an attitude. I’m not making this a black & white thing but as i was walking out a Uber drive came and she gave them the biggest greeting of the world and smile . And i told her she need to work on her customer service and that she been rude sense she started my order. I’m giving it 3 stars just be of her customer service!!
Never order online from this store. 25 minutes passed when my order was supposed to be done and it still hasn't been started. The cashier continues to take new orders while I've been waiting. This isn't the first time and it's absolutely ridiculous. People who came in after me are getting theirs made.
