Owners taking advantage of low income neighborhood by overcharging for certain item I was to to purchase a sales bowl if I just wanted a scoop of tuna, I do this everyday it’s not until you enter low income areas do these weird rules show up…unethical

Service was slow and confusing. Heated food sits on the counter while they prepare other sandwiches. Same gloves are worn to open ovens, slice breads, cutting multiple sandwiches and prepping food items. #Unnecessary and #Unsanitary
Too many homeless entering and exiting,.. leaving phones to charge on eating tables and personal items left behind.
The workers seemed angry to be there or serving. Maybe it wasn't a good day for them. Hopefully, it will be better in the future for all.

Terrible experience, I ordered some bmt’s on Uber eats. Got a call from the lady at the store saying that it’s “way to early for my order, that she just got there and will not me making my food” when I asked her why she said “I don’t have any sliced ham” I told her to make a something with what she had available. She denied and told me to cancel through Uber which I let her know that it charges me. Or to WAIT until her manager arrived, and blatantly told me she really didn’t care what I did. Never have I been told by a restaurant that makes food, that they won’t make my food because they “just got there”. Mind you it’s 11am on a Saturday. Ridiculous! When I tried to contact the store to reach a manager the phone won’t even ring. If I could please get in contact with a higher up at the store that would be highly appreciated.

Honestly, I’ll never go to this subway ever again. The sub that I ordered on the menu board it show that it’s $6.39, but I get ringed up and handed my receipt and it’s showing $7.99. So I asked the cashier/server why is my receipt higher than what’s on the board, to which she says, ‘Oh, the prices went up’. She was so nonchalant about it. Great! No problem! I guess the menu board forgot to read that memo. You’re advertising one thing, but having people pay something else after standing in line, placing their order, and then paying for it, only to find out it’s a different value. Lord knows how long that menu board has had the wrong prices on it. It’s acts like this that make me go out my way to somewhere else to purchase, cause this right here is not right and very unfair to the consumer. SUBWAY, you need to know better and do better!! It’s like this location, there’s always something wrong happening here. Don’t waste your money or your time here, it’s not worth it!!!!

The service there is not that great. I’m a postal worker and there was a bad storm I decided to go there for lunch and also to use the restroom which I’ve been holding, there aren’t any specific locations for postal workers to use the restroom. I went inside and ask to use to restroom because you need a key to use it. They gave me a hassle asking am I going to purchase something because that was from management. I told them yes but the young lady behind the register said no I have to purchase before I use the bathroom. I stated I would pay after I get out they laughed and told me no. I then stated can I have the managers number she said for what and after writing it down she told me there is no need to call because when she’s off she ain’t gonna do nothing but curse me out because of that. I told them why would I pay for food and then go in the restroom with it that’s nasty. The three workers laughed and didn’t care. It’s sad that postal workers can’t even go in a restaurant without being treated so nasty especially on a horrible rainy day. I would never purchase from there the people are very rude.
The person behind the counter was very pleasant and polite, and got me my order in very timely manner.

This subway on county line has the Worst customer service i have ever seen first i ask to use the restroom for my son it takes the girls forever to open the bathroom door dirty bathroom. When we get to the front to order a lady with nails that are as long as the counter make us wait to fill the line for 20 minutes no jokes my son was hungry so I waited. There was a second girl on the background as an extra I guess her nails was too long she could not do anything but walking around i wonder if the owner or the manager ever visited the store. Worst place Worst service Worst food i give it a star just so I can write my comments.
So my man went to get me a sub. I like it extra toasted.The woman working felt the need to catch an attitude about it and made him wait once the sandwich was toasted and went ahead to the person behind him and started and completed their order before my man who was there 1st.He was made to wait FOR NO REASON. A WOMAN WHO HAS BEEN WORKING FOR THE COMPANY FOR 5YRS HAS AN ATTITUDE ABOUT WORKING A SUNDAY SHIFT (YESTERDAY) HAS NO RIGHT TO BE GIVING CUSTOMERS A HARD TIME. SHAME ON HER. THERE WERE 2 PEOPLE ON THE SHIFT IT WAS THE OLDER WOMAN. THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED AND TO NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN.
