We went 2 hours before closing time , waited a lil over hour for food. Only one restroom in the joint whn it should been two being that it’s so busy .It’s so small in the there u gotta walk side ways to get in/out. The baked turkey wings were lil on big side like them birds out in parking lot eating on the black bags , The Mac & cheese was to much seasoning, corn bread roll was great as well as the fried chicken ,main reason I purchased two orders of the seasoning to go with my order . Peas and rice was ok I had better in palm beach ..blue paradise that supposed to been so great I had was a 8 … overall I give a 6 out of 10 coming way from South Carolina dying to try the food from all the hype truck don’t cook on daily so it’s def the hype bc of who he is involved hitch can make him look bad on many ways due to these facts . it’s really overrated if u ask me . In addition to reason for the black bags & plates thrown out window prob from the same results as me . My brother & man says fried ribs are good and yellow rice with shrimp .

I will be completely honest in this review. Everything that I have ordered from here is delicious. Truly, it is. The reason I gave it 2 stars is because everytime I order from Uber eats - I do not get my full order. Drinks, desserts and sides are always missing. In the past I will ask the driver and they will say that the restaurant had no more of the dessert or drinks or something so of course Iwill request a refund. However, since I love there food I still try it again and pray I get my full order. This last time, is that last time. I only received my 2 main dishes and didn't get my sides, desserts or drinks. This came out to about $50 of missing items. They aren't cheap so my order total was about $109 not including tip for the driver. When I requested a refund due to missing items on Uber I wasn't given the refund and was told I did receive the order an have too many missing items for this restaurant so basically I look like I'm not being truthful and scamming or something. Basically, I'm out like $55 and even with my rating to the restaurant no one reaches out to make this right. Don't order from here on the app - go in person.

The food is GREAT but their customer services sucks. I visited here 3 years ago and made a promise to always visit when I'm near but this time was way different. They did switched locations on me but the workers were different. This place is always packed so I knew there was gonna be a line. The first time I went he was fully stafed with a more mature crowd working. This time there were young Immature young girls and not a full staff in the kitchen. After waiting 2 hours for my food I had to demand my money back if my food wasn't ready. So then magically my food comes out. I asked to speak with the manager About getting commendations for having to wait so long, and I also spoke to him about someone coming in after me and getting their food. But his response was if he gets a phone call from trick, saying somebody is call me. They have to fix their plate and give it to them. But there was no phone call made. This guy just showed up, tip. The girls more money, and then they gave him his plate. So after asking him? Can he accommodate for me for my weight? Because I spent over $200. Because I placed 4 different orders. The only thing he did was from one of my receipts. He took the drinks off and just completely. Forgot the other orders that I ordered. And didn't even give me my other receipts. I was very disappointed in my experience this time. Because the first time I went. It was friendly, it was fast service, it was good service and everything was given to you with the smile. This time, it was a lot of kittens and childishness, and also after me getting talking to the manager, other people started to talk to the manager, and he re find it so many people order back because they were Tired of Waiting and they ordered like a hour after me and it was like well with You or did this and You didn't get your food. I know we're not getting our food so I can't say that was a very terrible day.

I’ve visited in the past and absolutely loved the food. I promised myself every visit I will stop at Sunday Eatery. This visit I noticed they changed locations as well as recipes. I had the Mac and cheese yams greens and turkey wings. They add rice as a side which to me takes away a choice. The turkey was tender seasoned and good but the sides tasted unseasoned. The macaroni and cheese was over powered with cumin and the greens tasted under cook. What was once a tradition is now to be avoided at all cost. Down hill is an under statement for the food. My family and I will not be back nor recommending to others.
