The morning manager is so nice he have excellent customer service skills him and the workers on his shift my food is always fresh even if I go during my lunch break in the afternoon for once I can walk in a restaurant and get good customer service thank you.

My tacos had almost NO beef at all just straight lettuce and ranch and they messed up my other half of the order. Hire some people with actual customer service and that want to work with a positive attitude. Definitely don’t recommend this location.

I went to this Taco Bell on September 14th around 2:30 a.m. and this was the worst experience I have ever had at any fast food place. The hours say 3:00 a.m., yet when I pulled up one worker told me to go ahead with my order and another man immediately cut in saying “we’re closed.” At first I thought he was joking because no professional employee should speak to a customer like that.

I understand closing early and I understand being tired, but there is a way to treat people with respect. Instead this worker was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He even asked if I had ever worked fast food before and tried to justify refusing service because “the food was already put away.” Talking to customers like that is unacceptable. For all he knew, I could have been the franchise owner or corporate.

Someone with that kind of attitude should not be dealing with customers or handling food. I will never return to this location and I will be warning others not to waste their time here. I will also be reporting this to corporate or the franchise owner, and escalating it through the Better Business Bureau.

Workers don’t greet or acknowledge your presence, take long taking orders and still will give you a nasty look when you tell them how long you’ve been waiting. This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to yet!

I can’t even begin to explain the bad experience i had here. The employee as soon as i pulled in to tell her i had a mobile order, asked for a code which the app didn’t provide me with just to tell me well i can’t help you then. She was rude as hell. I get it i would hate my life too if i worked there. Then they get my whole order wrong. Don’t go here.
