It is July 13th,I just left the drive through,there was a young girl that took my order she was Soo humble and nice,I asked for nacho cheese and sour cream on my chalupa,when I got to the drive thru the older lady that made it tried to tell me that's the amount it supposed to be,mind you I have been coming there for a minute and they never put a little tiny bit like that,this had to be around 1am in the morning,she was rude and miserable,I feel like if you don't like the job then switch your position,I paid extra but I didn't mind,some people just don't care about how people order is made,we as customers didn't have nothing to do with the position she chose and if she doesn't like her job then she needs to try something different,it doesn't make sense for people to be rude to customers when they had nothing to do with your career decisions š¤·š¾

everyone has a bad attitude , the girl with the red hair & the new girl with a moleā¦ which seem like they just came out of high school. rushing orders out, donāt know how to say thank you or your welcomeā¦ and have no basic manners, just throwing the food at you & half of the times itās wrong. definitely not a place to go to if you want your food to have the correct extra additions that you pay for. seems like they were just desperate to hire. 0/10 recommend

Came in here to pick up an order today 1/30/25 and the girl paid me no attention and didnāt care to ask who was I picking up for. When I tried to get her attention she only gave me the wait finger, this is the 4th time Iāve came In here and she totally ignores online orders she only pays attention to the drive thru and nothing else. Customer service is non existent in this place when she is at the front. If you are ordering online or picking up any deliveries donāt even waste your time she will only show you her back when you try to speak to her. To walk inside an establishment and sit there for 20 minutes and nobody says a word to you is preposterous. Never walking in here again 4 times is way too much I am done here.

CHANGE YOUR HOURS!! Here and on the door it says you close at 4 am! I rode to this location for 25 minutes on Saturday morning, with the flu, tired, and in the freezing cold on a manual bicycle doing Uber Eats and for only $4 and change, only to be told when I arrived there at about 2:50 am that they were closed. The three remaining female employees that were there got up from the table they were chatting at and went to the register at which point they signaled and shouted they were closed and continued to state so despite me showing them my phone from the glass door. One woman made a two symbol to state that they close at 2. A few minutes later, they all proceeded to exit the building, went in cars, and left! Another Uber Eats driver showed up and wasted time there trying to get to get a hold of someone by the drive thru window because he didn't believe what I told him / and / or like the rest of us, was desperate for the pay promised with the order. There was also a car waiting at the drive through window. On my way back to my origin, I got about 4 to 5 more order requests to the same Taco Bell, all of which I had to reject. Uber was of no help because they no longer now even give you the measly $3 for occurrences such as these. I also told them that another Uber Eats driver showed up but all they would say is that they will work on making things better. Shame on you Taco Bell and shame on you Uber Eats.
