4 stars i love the vibe and the atmosphere is always nice but they need to be more consistent with the bartenders. Everytime I come and order a strawberry Hennessey they always make it different and it never taste the same. Sometimes they give you a small glass then next time they give you a big cup with no alcohol. Bartenders need to go to school but other than that it's dope.
Nice place and really loud music. Kinda felt strange being the only white Latino in the whole place and I got a lot of strange looks... the cigar selection left a lot to be desired or maybe they hadn't restocked yet but disappointing being that the name is TOP NOTCH Cigar & Lounge. I was expecting a little more. Instead I got really super loud music and a rap bar atmosphere and it had no feeling of being a laid back lounge to have a smoke and relax. Don't think...
