My experience at Top Golf was absolutely disastrous and frustrating. From the moment we walked through the door, the treatment we received was deplorable. The customer service left a lot to be desired, with unselfish and rude staff who seemed to enjoy ruining our day. Our questions and requests were completely ignored, and we felt completely neglected and belittled. It is inadmissible
We always have a great experience abd this was no different. our hostess was amazing, food Great and all over amazing time
Notre réservation était 15 minutes en retard et nous avons été coupé sur notre temps . Nous avons du jouer 30 minutes avec aucun bâton gaucher .
3 personnes sur 6 en avait besoin .
Nous avons 3 fois au staff des baton et personne s’occupait de nous en trouver . C’est un ami avec nous qui attendait sa réservation qui nous en a trouvé.
La plus part du personnel à l’accueil sont plus occupé à jaser que de s’occuper des clients qui arrive.
