Our evening began at check in when all of the girls at the check in desk had major attitude. We booked two bays for my boyfriend's birthday. We asked if they could place us at bays that were next to each other. After eye rolls and no promises and waiting 45 min past our reservation time they booked us at bays on different floors! So then we went back to the check in desk explaining once again how we requested to be next to each other. Meanwhile there were plenty of open bays that were available with two side by side bays. We waited another 10 min and finally we got two bays next to each other. We played for our hour. The bill arrived and they tried to charge us for extra playing time. Funny enough my friends had the exact same issue the last time they played at this location with overcharges for playing time. Our reservation was at 8 and we didn't play til about 8:50 PM so they wanted to charge us for the 50 min when we were waiting for our side by side bays. After speaking with the waitress the manager finally came and dealt with the situation. The birthday boy was frustrated and annoyed with the inconvenience. As we were leaving we noticed two young men were assigned our bay which was not even cleaned up from our food and drinks. Strange because there were about 10 open bays next to us. So the two young men had to play at a bay filled with dirty plates and cups because they were not assigned to a bay that was cleaned. If you want to be overcharged, frustrated, annoyed, and given plenty of attitude then I highly recommend Top Golf at Miami Gardens!

This is honestly the worst top golf experience we have ever had. This place is NASTY. Food left on tables from the night before, plates had grease and food residue on them. We had a tab open at the bar and we had to find a manager to close out due to no one being behind the bar. We bought a bay through Groupon, but no one told us we had to book through the website. So after we waited an hour back at the bar once again had to find a manager to close out. Doesn't seem like the staff works for tips because they are no where to be found. We have had to ask someone else where our waiter was 3 times. Now the course is in terrible shape. Golf clubs out in the green, calls everywhere so the screens can't properly pick up where yours goes. I am so truly disappointed in this experience as a whole. Don't recommend this place at all.

Most inept staff ever, neither my server or her manager guy with a red shirt could figure out what our check actually was what items we had actually ordered. We legit spent 45 minutes, waiting for them to sort it out and we ended up having to get the lady at the front to do it and she was actually helpful but overall like so bad just our drinks took 30 minutes to get there. Our espresso martini was disgusting. It tasted like the bartender messed it up on purpose or something because I don’t know what that was, but it was not an espresso martini will never be coming back to this top golf

Unfortunately this Topgolf location was a major disappointment, especially compared to the Pompano Beach location which is far better run. From the moment we arrived, the place felt worn out and poorly maintained. The grounds and hitting bays look very dated, and a lot of the equipment feels heavily used and overdue for upgrades. Nothing felt fresh or well cared for.

Cleanliness was a big issue. The bathrooms were genuinely unpleasant — strong odors, not well cleaned, and overall unsanitary. There was also a strange smell throughout the venue, which made the experience uncomfortable and gave the impression of poor upkeep.

The atmosphere was chaotic and overcrowded, with people everywhere, yet the service did not match the volume. Staff seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive, and service was slow and sloppy. Requests took a long time, orders were missed, and there was very little sense of coordination or management.

Food quality was also very poor. The food felt rushed, low quality, and not up to what you’d expect for the prices charged. Presentation and taste were both disappointing, and it added to the feeling that standards have slipped significantly at this location.

Overall, this place feels run down, smelly, and poorly managed. It’s the complete opposite experience of the Pompano Beach Topgolf. We would not return to this location and would strongly recommend choosing another Topgolf if you want a better experience.

We arrived at the Topgolf Miami Gardens location on Tuesday 12/30 around 9:00 PM as a walk-in. The venue was busy, which we completely understood we would have to wait for a while. A male employee at the counter told us they were busy but that he could put us down for a bay at 10:30 PM. I agreed, he took my phone number, and confirmed the time. Based on that, we decided to wait.

While waiting, we went to the bar area, which was semi-empty. We sat there for about 25 minutes, and not a single employee came to take our order. We tried to get the attention of staff multiple times, but they avoided eye contact and walked right past us.
At around 10:25 PM, we went back to the counter to check in for our 10:30 bay, only to be told by a different employee (a woman at the counter) that there was no reservation under our name. I politely explained the situation and pointed out the employee who had helped us earlier. When asked about it, he immediately became defensive and said, “Why would you think I would say that? I never said there was a spot available. I said there was a slight chance.”

That is not what was communicated. I confirmed with everyone in my party, and we all clearly heard that we had a spot at 10:30. Instead of apologizing for a misunderstanding, which happens, he continued to argue and accuse us of twisting his words.

To make matters worse, other staff told us there were no times available past 12:00 AM, even though the location closes at 12:00, which made no sense, especially considering we arrived at 9:00 PM.

At that point, we decided to leave and drove to the Topgolf Doral location, where we were seated, ordered food, and received drinks within 15 minutes.

Based on this experience, the poor service seems to be specific to the Miami Gardens location. Between the lack of communication, inattentive staff, and unprofessional attitude, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

We visited Topgolf today and had a very disappointing experience. We arrived on time for our reservation, which was from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm. At first, they told us they could not find our reservation, even though they had already charged us a deposit of almost $200.

We were asked to wait for about 30 minutes, and then they tried to say that we had arrived late and that we would not be able to recover our time. Eventually, this issue was resolved, but the service throughout the night was very poor and nothing arrived on time.

When it was time to pay, the situation became even worse. They confused our table and tried to overcharge us. The bill had to be corrected around five times because it kept coming back with items we did not order, and they were not applying the deposit we had already paid. We ended up waiting almost an hour just to receive the correct check.

On top of that, when ordering food, one of our guests specifically asked for nachos without chicken due to a severe, life-threatening allergy. Despite clearly communicating this, the nachos arrived with chicken, which is extremely concerning.

To make things worse, at 9:30 pm a staff member came to tell us that our time was over, even though we had already agreed that our time would be extended until 10:00 pm due to the earlier issues. Overall, it was a complete mess and a very frustrating experience.

The waitress spilled a liqueur, which stained my bag and soaked my iPhone. There was no reaction, no apology, and no attempt to address the situation. I would have expected, at the very least, an apology and some form of compensation. Mistakes happen, but the way they are handled makes all the difference.
