Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Made an online order Saturday 09/27/25. Food that was delivered was not mine. Called store because I didn't want the food they sent and was told they would issue refund but couldn't happen until Monday (09/29/25). I called Monday afternoon and was told Tuesday (today). No refund as of today and I'm getting the runaround. Do not recommend this store (Tulsa, 108th & Memorial). I shouldn't have to keep calling and begging for a refund especially when they acknowledge I did not get the food I had ordered). For the price they charge for their food, you would think they would care but they dont. I have already filed a complaint on the website but I don't expect that to go anywhere either.

They gave me the wrong order and refuse to exchange it

Patrick was so nice he helped me to pick a smoothie that was amazing. I ended up getting the Mango Monsoon and added a fat burner to it.

waiting more than 20 minutes for a bowl is actually insane. nobody moves with any sense of urgency or efficiency.

Amanda is always great to see when I come by for my daily smoothie. She’s full of class, joy, and patience making sure each time the smoothie is up to the standard and that the customer is feeling there best.

I’ve been dining at the Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Miami Gardens for many months now; I’ve never come across such an exceptional employee.

I visited on Wednesday, July 23rd, and Amanda was, without a doubt, one of the most reliable and competent employees I’ve encountered. She has made my smoothies on multiple occasions, but her service has been outstanding lately.

I usually order the Mango Magic every time I go, which is very delish, but lately, it tastes even better... I don’t know what that young lady is doing to these smoothies, but please tell her to keep doing it. I was only able to tip her $5—I’d tip her all the blessings in the world if I could. 🙏🏾🥰

Ordered online a smoothie and a side of sweet potatoes at 2:31 got there at 2:41 waited in line for 30 mins! -Marion , IA location

I'm glad there is a TSC here in Defiance, Ohio!! I just want you to know that the smoothie I got last Sunday had BIG chunks of food in the bottom. I would appreciate it if your employees would make sure they are blending them well enough.

Ordered a wrap with no eggs get home take first bite and what do I see eggs! SMH I don’t eat eggs yet they didn’t care enough to read and not put eggs! I feel disgusted

AMAZINGGGGGG, Didn't Realize they sold food and
Acai Bowls. Bahama Mama Smoothie was perfect, Got the Caesar Wrap and it was by far worth it. Was very surprised that it came with chips or a fruit at no additional charge. Restaurant was super clean, staff was welcoming and pleasant and the vibe was great. Thank you!!!!!!!
