Tropical smoothie has hands down some of the worst breakfast I've ever had. Pretty bad considering fast food breakfast tastes better than here. Also prices here are out of control.

Speaking with your customer service representatives has been a nightmare..the supervisor Terri wright is very unprofessional and will not provide me information to receive my refund for a product I never received. I am going to make sure I share this experience on all platforms and with friends and family. You guys do not care about your customers. There has been no resolution provided no offer of compensation no straight answer given to what can be done. It’s really insane to go through this behind some freaking smoothies! I am very displeased with how this is being handled between you and DoorDash whom you’ve chosen to use for deliveries in my area.

Not a fan of the new menu at the Conway Arkansas store. Won’t be going there.

To much talking and don’t pay attention to ticket orders making your meal wrong

I ordered the chicken pesto flatbread and added lettuce for $.50 w/ chips and Avocalada smoothie. The flatbread was cooked perfectly and the right amount of pesto was applied to the flatbread. My smoothie was also great tasting. I would definitely recommend this location.

I loved that the workers were so pleasant. Tho is the second Teopical Smoothie I have visited. The workers made sure to bring the food to me rather than just shout my name. I truly felt welcomed to return here

I shouldn't have to wait 20 min for my Acai bowl to defrost. The Bowl was Frozen. The service was good though.

Patrick and Clarence was very attentive, helpful, and welcoming. We need more customer service workers like them!
