The worst service I've received so far in a Wendy's. It took 25 mins for my 4 for 4 order to come out and there was only two people in front of me. Not only that but a line started to form with no one stopping to take the register even with an employee there the whole time (it looked like she didn't even know what to do). And to top it off, my food was lower than room temp (you'd thing with all that time, I'd get at least HOT food). Never going back.

I always have to pull forward to the storefront and wait for my drive thru order. I frequent this location 2-3 times weekly for breakfast

Ive ordered here before but lately my spicy crispy chicken sandwiches have been hot, juicy (maybe it's oil idk), and crispy. they were never like that before! Idk who's making it but keep them there! There is a lack of spiciness but still a good sandwich
Wait more than 45 minutes for an order, the service is crazy, SLOW. THE MANAGER DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO TREAT STAFF I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE MANAGER IS LIKE SHE ONLY KNOWS HOW TO YELL AT THE EMPLOYEES AND THREATEN THEM THAT IS UNETHICAL, I WAS ALMOST AN HOUR WAITING FOR MY ORDER AND THE TREATMENT OF THIS WOMAN WITH HER EMPLOYEES WAS TERRIBLE. THE OWNERS CHOOSE THE PERSONNEL BETTER.

I wish there was no star option! The service at this place its awful; from the drive through to the front. The guy in the front whom seems to be some type of manager has a very disrespectful attitude towards clients. I asked for buffalo sauce not knowing they only have some called “ghost pepper ranch”, so he said they only had that one. I didn’t understand so I asked for a regular one, so he took out a regular ranch sauce; so I say no mean a buffalo. So apparently he got mad and replied showing me his fingers this is the third time in a very diminishing attitude. I told him there was no need for an attitude to which he said I was the one with the problem. Also the drive through; a thank you or you’re welcome won’t hurt your tongue!

I love Wendy’s it’s my favorite fast food restaurant but one day my 5$ biggie bag with no lettuce and a large fry and strawberry The bun had tomato seeds on it. When the run out of Strawberry lemonade my whole day is ruined ??
