Refuse to give my 6 year old a toy when I asked for it. Every other Wendy's I buy from has given me a toy with my purchase. I purchased in Doral yesterday and ordered 6 nuggets and fries and received a toy when I asked with no problem. Why in Miami Gardens this rule applies?

Wendy's is a good place to eat, just there's service are really slow is hell. Only a few customers in line and they can't get out the door. That's why, I eat there when I feel like when I want Wendy's.... Need better quick service for in the dinning room and drive thru... Nothing changed, my order of biggie bag food was cold. Not going to ever eat at Wendy's ever again. Just not the same anymore.

I went to this location and order some eggs & cheese biscuit sandwiches. Let me tell you, it was horrible. The eggs taste like plastic, I couldn’t even eat it and the part that I swallowed stay right there in my throat even after I drink some juice. I know that this is a fast food place but you can’t be serving food with hazardous material in it. It is not good for anyone’s health. FDA need to pay them a visit ASAP.To all the customers, please Be Aware!

I visit 181 NW 27tu Ave location 6 pm December 1, 2023. The girl Jamaican heavy set was very rude and nasty yelling being so disgusting. She called me ugly she had an attitude when we were ordering our food. The manager was worst never apologize at all. She hung up in my face when I told her I was complaining. They are low grade attitude and make that place look toxic . I work in the hospital and have my own business I would never. I am contacting corporate on this store

Every time I visit this location the wait time at the drive thru line is more than 25 minutes, then when you get to the window they have run out of main food selections and the staff is less than friendly. I'm reminded after each visit why I don't frequent this location.Parking: Parking is sometimes shared by other businesses in the area leaving no room for dine in or counter pick up options.
