It's always the same with that Wendy's; you order something through Uber and they send whatever they want. Terrible service from all the staff. I don't recommend them.

Wendy’s on 183rd in Miami Gardens kudos to you and the staff available on this day you guys and the team before your shift great job today at 12:03 p.m no it wasn’t there customer service it was the customer bathroom which was very clean I was so proud of your staff for the cleanliness keep up the good work and a raise or gift cards a token of staff appreciation.

Stop through the drive-thru tonight December 30th 2025 around 9:00 p.m. I asked for two single days and two french fries with no salt I asked to be fresh. They gave us stale food that tastes like crap

I had a great experience at Wendy’s. Josue promptly greeted me as a walk-in and ensured my order was perfect. Additionally, the woman making my burger made sure all the ingredients were correct. Everyone had a positive attitude, making me feel really welcome.

They have a new manager (couple of months)that should be fired for being ignorant, rude & her discriminatory behavior. She said she didn’t know the men’s bathroom code when asked, not once but two days in a row then she turns & walks away.
The female staff said they only know the female bathroom code b/c they use it, I witnessed them open it for a woman. My point is that someone in that position should have knowledge of these things in case of an emergency and have respectable interaction with patrons. She needs to be held accountable for her offense treatment of restaurant patrons. The staff which is all Hispanic seem intimated by her as well. I can only imagine why. Human Resources should reevaluate the position job description and find a replacement before they get slammed with lawsuit. This person is not suitable to be in a manager position.

DO NOT BOTHER GOING TO THIS LOCATION
All their reviews are 1 star for obvious reasons. Where do I begin… I pulled into the drive thru immediately seeing a sign stuck on the speaker that READ: “FYI we currently have no lettuce due to…and then I never finished read it as someone came on the speaker. I ordered a chicken grilled wrap meal and an extra wrap. The wrap was so stale it would break to the touch and the chicken was old and so dried out that I actually Believed it to be bacon. It wasn’t even warm. There was a small portion of lettuce which made me think what was even going on with the lettuce or this could have just been some old lettuce they had sitting somewhere. Needless to say both wraps were thrown away after 2 bites because neither of them were good. The fries were cold and nasty. The only good part of that meal was the soda unfortunately. I was never given a receipt or told my total. Wendy’s slogan is currently “Quality is our recipe” but this location has no integrity to that or any type of customer service. I can’t believe someone prepared food that looked that way and sent it out to a paying customer. Imagine what that kitchen area looks like if they gave me that type of presentation on my food.
