Service: The worst customer service I have ever had in my life. People without working, doing everything possible to work less. They gave the food in bags even though we were going to eat. They asked us if we are going to pay by card and to go to the machine in that case.

Laziest team of employees. They never have Frosties available—I’ve come to the conclusion they never clean that machine, if it is ever used. It’s the only item I order and third time I try to order it from this location . If they can’t ever clean that machine I’d hate to see the conditions of the rest of the kitchen.

My meal was cold and poorly made they had spanish workers there who spoke little to no English and had to get assistance multiple times. I gave $20 for my food change should've been $9.68 he closed the drawer and didn't give me change. Had to get help for that too, and they allowed a homeless man to sit inside with a cart of his items. The location was somewhat clean. They could do a lot better
The manager gave my order away and instead of properly investigating it she claimed I already picked it up and stated I call my bank/customer service. I tried to show her I eat her frequent and had no reason to claim my meal again and she walked away from me stating "I'm a women. You're a man. I'm not going to argue with you." All I was asking for was for her assistance and for you it's an arguement? This happened 9/8/2024 at 2:00 P.M. She refused to even identify herself.

The amount of times my whole family and friends have gotten the wrong order from this wendy’s is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I have worked in food service , so I know how it is. But this is unacceptable. Customer service is absolutely laughable as well. Went back ONCE because they only gave me half of my order. I tell the manager and they only look at me. Didn’t say anything. Looked at the ticket, and gave me the rest of my order. Barely said a word. Not even a hello to begin with or an apology. Worst wendy’s ever. They should take some notes from the KFC near by. Now those people actually work.
