Wendy’s on 183rd in Miami Gardens kudos to you and the staff available on this day you guys and the team before your shift great job today at 12:03 p.m no it wasn’t there customer service it was the customer bathroom which was very clean I was so proud of your staff for the cleanliness keep up the good work and a raise or gift cards a token of staff appreciation.
I had a great experience at Wendy’s. Josue promptly greeted me as a walk-in and ensured my order was perfect. Additionally, the woman making my burger made sure all the ingredients were correct. Everyone had a positive attitude, making me feel really welcome.
Someone explain to them what customer service means. This is what happens when you hire people with no manners, with a lack of respect and morals. Unfortunately, this is now very common in South Florida.
