The experience was GREAT..I was in town for vacation and I had the pleasure of being helped by the assistant manager Brandon. He was knowledgeable and helpful! I’m very disappointed with the service my aunt received at this Wingstop. She placed an order last night, but it was made incorrectly. When she brought it to their attention, instead of handling the situation with professionalism and courtesy, the manager — whose name is James — became irate and disrespectful toward her.

Although they eventually recooked her food, the manager’s attitude was completely unacceptable. At one point, he even slammed the door in her face. This type of behavior from management is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the store’s leadership.

I hope Wingstop takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue, because customers deserve to be treated with respect — especially when they’re simply asking for their order to be made right.
