Ordered wings because I wanted to try wingstop. Visiting the area and we don’t have them where I am from. I ordered the Hawaiian and I got mango habanero. Our boxes had no indication on what flavor our wings were. I understand that mistakes happen but if you aren’t even gonna label your food how are you suppose to know what you are putting in bags. I dont do spice at all so I cant even eat them. Called the restaurant and the lady was rude and talking to a co worker! All she could do is “pass the info” along. So I guess we will see if there is a refund.

Horrible customer service, (can’t blame all the staff but all the women in there are very rude) I understand you guys get a lot of orders. But there’s no reason to start yelling at customers when the food isn’t ready yet, I got yelled at by employees to back away from the counter after waiting an HOUR for my order which according to the app should’ve been ready so I awkwardly wait in silence another 45 minutes. So 1 hour and 45minutes have passed until I decide to open up my mouth again hoping I won’t get yelled at again. Turns out they had misplaced my order receipt and had never started working on it until 2 hours after. I’ve never waited so long not even for a restaurant so much less a fast food place. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. 2 hours to get my food and it drained me mentally, emotionally and physically. The fries were cold on top of that. I deserved a refund but couldn’t wait a second longer inside that hellhole after being treated the way I was. 2 hours for my food is ridiculous, I could’ve bought a chicken, and cooked it faster than this place can realize they messed up my order.

Placed a mobile order at this store and waited about 20-30 min to leave my home, even after waiting that long i arrived and order was not ready i waited another 20 minutes in the store and they hand me the order… wrong order and incomplete. When i mentioned i was missing items now they say ill get you the rest right now. Another 20 minutes pass and i still have nothing. So i ask its been so lo g since i received my order is it ok if i get a fresh batch my food is cold waiting on the new wings if i knew id tell them make me a whole fresh order. All of a sudden i complain my food is cold and i see them running to put together my wings. I didnt want the cold wings at all now they offer a refund today the charges posted on my account, they did not refund the order. I will be letting everyone and anyone know about this location. Still expecting a refund from this location.
