I ordered online. I picked up the food. When I arrived home, I found out there was an order of cheese fries missing. I called to inform them of such and said I'd come back tomorrow. I was told that I had to return with the bag. I'm home without a ride. After informing the manager, his response was, "You should've checked the bag before you left." A simple apology would have been sufficient since it was only cheese fries but the audacity. Customer service in this surrounding area is really awful.

Ordered online, they do not accept online payments. I'm not sure how it works, do they put your order in when you pay at the store or when it is sent?It was busy Friday afternoon. I knew there would be a bit of a wait (that's every Wingstop). All the staff were busy. The chicken and fries were hot and fresh (greasy as always). The tea was fantastic.

I have never ever thrown away Wingstop since I started going years ago. I spent close to $20 and had to throw away the fries and four wings. I could barely eat the other six. They sprinkled too much of the onion salt powder on the fries and when you bite on a few of the chicken you can taste that it was leftovers probably two days old. I couldn't take it back because I picked it up at about 11:45 p so when I got home they were closed. Additionally I ordered online and it said an hour for it to be ready when I went inside about 15 minutes before it was supposed to be ready it was already sitting down on the rack. The fries were cold. I asked her if I can get hot fries. He gave me hot fries and then of course with the extra onion salt powder.

The wings were super greasy compared to other locations, also the kitchen looked a mess and had a bunch of people running around the kitchen that looked like they were lost . The sauces at this location always seem a little old tbh . But they were friendly and the food was fast even though it wasn't really good , ended up throwing away half of it .

Please listen to the bad reviews and skip this location!! To make a long story short, the wings has ALOT of feathers on them which is absolutely disgusting. My fries were way under cooked and I requested them to be well done. The chef sent it back over loaded with salt in all layers to the point where it was inedible as well. hard pass!

All the customers waiting inside not picking up UberEATS were told they were waiting on fries. Well the fries I received were cold, burnt & hard. So how does that work.

The absolute worst Wingstop, I’ve ever been to, with the worst lowdown, dirty employees I’ve ever seen in my life. There was absolutely zero customer service, and my bag was filled to the bottom with sauce all inside leaking all over my car from the paper bag it literally made no sense, why there was like half a cup full of wet lemon pepper sauce, leaking all outside of the bag. This place is filthy overpriced, and not worth it go to your local pizza place for wings or drive to the next Wingstop. But this place for sure should be shut down.!!! Not only was the wings not worth it, and overpriced with bad service, now I have wing sauce all over my car that leaked through the paper bag
