First time I ever leave a bad review on a company , but this gas station has the worst customer service ever . Please choose wisely when you choose your employees, customer service is not for everyone. The ladies in the morning do not have any customer service skills, they treat customer very bad and disrespectful .

This is a very clean and very well-kept 7 eleven. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The food at this 7 eleven is always hot and fresh. I recommend ordering the pizza fresh.

Horrible place to put gas, the pump always send you to see the cashier so you buy stuff in the convenience store… they play with your time on the long line just to pay for your gas…This gas station is a waste of time.Greedy owner doesn’t care because he is the only gas station exiting miami lakes.F for them

The Supervisor/Manager that everyone is most likely talking about is Esther. I don't know how she is still working there. She's extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked Esther about the homeless person now sleeping outside, while speaking in her dialect in Spanish she told me to take that person home with me. You would never tell that to somebody in English. She crossed the line. Now I see many other reviews about Esther. What a shame. If I could leave 0 Stars I would.

the cashier Carlos does not serve people well, he did not pack my things in the bag, he just threw the bag at me and then when he gave me my change he also threw it at the counter and he did not give it to me in My hand and his excuse was that I had to serve more people and that this is a gas station and not a pizzeria. It seems to me that it is a lack of respect for the clients that they have people like the disrespectful with the clients. He works at night, today Friday he is working at 8 pm. he has long blonde hair, he ties his hair up and is of Cuban nationality.Carlos the cashier doesn't serve people well, I don't pack my things in the bag, he just threw the bag at me and then when he gave me my change he also threw it on the counter and didn't give it to me. I visit this location because it is conveniently in my neighborhood. Never a line at the pumps and now I realize why. The pumps are usually glitchy, you have to go inside the store to pay for your gas. Then to make things better you are not greeted by a pleasant or neutral human but a bitter, rude and condescending person. You ask questions and she ignores you with an attitude . You ask again thinking, she didn't hear me and now she is even more bothered. I was trying to convey to her that the pump I was using was broken and she should have someone tie it off or place a "Not Working" sign on it. She wasn't having it. Normally I would just blow this off but the three times I have gone to get gas the pumps are not working, I have to search for one that is and when I try to communicate with an employee they don't want to be spoken to. Someone in Management should be made aware that their employees need customer service training.

Very bad experience. The cashier did not know how to use the 7-11 app and carried on a convo with a bystander as I tried to checkout.
