I have been coming into this store for the past couple of months and have even worked there. To say this place is operational is questionable at best. Management is never present and leaves it all to the EXTREMELY underpaid workers. Food quality is subpar at best as multiple people have called in sick with food poisoning. The manager Dyanna is a sassy immature woman who should not be operating a business. Do not come here ever if you want an enjoyable experience.

Used to be a favorite. The service, product, and the atmosphere used to be better. Floor was dirty and order took forever to be completed with a fairly empty shop. You can tell the owner has not been around in some time or simply does not care.

Large portions … not lots of ice in the açaí….. not well lit outside so a bit of a challenge to find ( it’s a trailer in the entry to a parking lot)
The açaí was freezer- burnt and tasteless. Extremely disappointing considering how expensive açaí bowls are and the location itself was dirty. We will not be giving this business a second visit.

I’ve been to a few Açaí Express locations, and this one is just as good as the others. The açaí bowls are well-made and delicious—definitely recommend! Plus, it’s in a great area, perfect for a nice walk afterward.

How this place has 4.5 stars is beyond me. I walked in to children on their cell phones running the shop with zero customer service skills or attention to circumstances. I was there to have my Uber eats order fixed but I had to walk out immediately after a terrible experience with one of their employees.
For real the worst acai i had in my life.
