How this place has 4.5 stars is beyond me. I walked in to children on their cell phones running the shop with zero customer service skills or attention to circumstances. I was there to have my Uber eats order fixed but I had to walk out immediately after a terrible experience with one of their employees.

I wanted a smoothie to hydrate after my workout but i ended up standing waiting not even a greeting not even a hold on one second just a kid with his airpods on talking on the phone very unprofessional im not surprised this is pretty much anywhere in the hialeah/ miami lakes area. Hope a store owner manager sees this ....

They got my order wrong twice, gave me attitude when I asked them to fix it, bananas were rotten on my bowl and gave me food poisoning. For unauthentic, overpriced acai, you could literally go anywhere else and at least u wouldn’t have to deal with food poisoning or the clearly under paid, unhappy employees. Will never return here and wish I could rate it lower than a 1 :)

Probably the worst Acai bowl ive ever had. The fruits didn’t have any taste to it - the papaya actually had a pungent/sour taste to it. The açai was practically still ice, just downright bad. I can’t imagine how this place has anything over 1 star ratings.
