The acai bowls and shakes are great! But i wanted to personally thank Juan for helping me today. I had left my laptop there and 2-3 hours later I couldnt find it at my house so i called acai express and Juan was holding it for me. Excellent staff and overall great place.

Dont wanna be mean but just when you think an açaí bowl can’t be made badly it was. Honestly the quality is not at all fresh tasting very disappointing don’t waste your time or money.

The first time I visited Açaí ,my wife and I were walking by Main Street and we decided to enjoy a snack and passed by Açaí so we decided to go in….. Really amazing place ,and the smoothie bowls are amazing….the service was excellent but I want to highlight the extraordinary service of one very young girl named Christina…very professional, kind ,helpful and showed a lot of experience even being so young….. Congrats to Açaí for having such young people like Christina always

I've visited Acai on several occasions. I like that it has healthy and refreshing options. On those occasions, I've been served by a young woman named Christina. She's very young but very professional, kind, and very serious about her work. I recommend this place and I'm happy with this young lady.
Christina at Açaí Express is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such a warm and welcoming smile that instantly made me feel comfortable. She went above and beyond to explain the menu and even helped me find my new favorite spot to eat. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care for customers truly stand out. You can tell she loves what she does, and it makes the whole experience so much better. Thanks to Christina, Açaí Express has become my go-to place—I can’t recommend her enough!

I’ve been supporting this business for almost 2 years, but I was very displeased with my most recent visit on Saturday 09/27/2025 between 1PM and 2PM. I ordered a regular build-your-own (acai/coconut). Aside from the 6 toppings, I always get coconut oil. Sometimes they charge me, sometimes they don’t, and I don’t mind paying the extra fee when they do. This time I paid for it. I like my coconut oil put on top of the base before the second serving of granola, and then again on top after the toppings. When my bowl was almost done, I asked for a little more hemp seeds and for coconut oil on top, just like I always do. The young lady (white female, black and blonde curly hair, glasses) told me I would have to pay another $1 for more coconut oil. I had already paid extra, so I thought it was ridiculous for her to ask for more money just for another squirt. She said, “we have to pay for the oil,” and I cut her off, telling her she’s not the owner, just an employee. She then asked why I was yelling at her. I wasn’t yelling. My voice was a little louder than before, but I wasn’t disrespectful. I told her if she didn’t like my tone, she could just say that. She then told me, “this is embarrassing.” I asked her what’s embarrassing, and she said, “I’m embarrassed for YOU.” I told her there’s nothing to be embarrassed about because I didn’t curse at her or say anything out of line. She then said, “you’re doing all this for coconut oil.” I told her yes, I am. I paid for it, and I expect to receive what I paid for. She still insisted I pay extra for another serving. I told her just give me my bowl so I can go. She stood there staring at me like she didn’t want to hand it over. A young man had to step in and give me my bowl and a bag. They usually don’t measure coconut oil so strictly, and if they did, I would’ve just asked her to split the serving from the start so I could have some on the base and some on top. This whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with one of the female employees. Honestly, I’m starting to feel like some of them have a problem with Black customers. Their customer service sucks, and after this, I told myself I won’t be coming back.

We got the build your own açaí and it’s literally frozen hard like ice, they don’t even blend it or anything, i asked if we can change it for a blended one and they said that’s how the açaí is. 15$ to waste it was disgusting.
