A Disappointing Burger King Experience

My recent visit to Burger King was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. After waiting 30 minutes for my order, I finally received it—only to discover, once I got home, that the entire order was wrong. This caused a major inconvenience for my family, as I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant to have it corrected.

Upon returning, I stood waiting for an employee to acknowledge me so I could show them the mistake. Two of the burgers had to be remade, and the incorrect food was thrown out—despite the fact that my son and I were hungry and could have kept the wrong items while waiting for the replacements.

This added even more time to an already delayed dinner, and by the time we received the corrected order, it was far too late to enjoy a proper meal together. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with this experience at Burger King and hope they take steps to improve both accuracy and customer service.

I come here for French Fries, a snack before Physical Therapy. Order without salt. Manager is on his toes! Actually remembered me and ordered the fries because Breakfast Hash Browns have salt!
9/2025: While I was in the restroom with the door LOCKED, a male employee tried to force his way in. I almost had a stroke and vomited my lunch. I saw him outside, he held up the TP…told him he HAS TO KNOCK FIRST. OMG! Where the hell did this guy come from that he doesn’t know this? NEVER returning!

The location is clean and well-maintained. However, the food and beverage experience could be improved. The soda machine is always out of ice, and the soda lacks flavor. Additionally, when requesting a soda from inside/the drive-thru, the staff seems inconvenienced.

Too many chiefs, not enough indians. Many times there's only one, or maybe two people doing the actual cooking,? and the rest of the crew just standing around not helping anybody. ?
- You also need to have an employee on the front cashier at all times, helping the walk-in customers, for some have trouble ordering through that new electronic kiosk ?, some just want to order the old fashion way, some have questions, and some are just simply paying in cash.

Came in this evening and asked for a original chicken sandwich only bacon. Hence you pay for the bacon.
The kitchen took one piece of bacon broke it in two and put it on the sandwich.
Location is been cheap and not giving what customer paid for.
Best part is i saw the kitchen staff do it thru the drive thru as is visible.

The inside is nice the staff is horrible and are prejudice. As soon as I came in to pick up order they came to leave the area and made me wait when the order was ready. Idk who the guy is with the braids but he moves no sense of urgency and the staff has no people skills. I also observe that they don’t even wear name tags so can’t even report the associate working the shift
