The fat Asian guy at the drive thru window (2/10 7:pm) has no ppl skills and zero common sense . When I got to the window to pick up my mobile order of six burgers he asked to see my phone receipt. This is incredibly stupid since how would I know they have an order for my name unless I'm the one that already ordered and paid for this order. Never has a fast food place asked me to show any type of phone receipt. Also I asked for condiments (ketchup and mayo) and he threw only TWO in the bag; mind you I have six burgers. Lastly see photo to realize the miserable size of this burger which is more like a slider size. If I wanted a slider I would go to Arby's. Next time its McD's.

A bit slow today.*Update *As a loyal Bk customer , I appreciate not only good fresh food but I always acknowledge good management. After last night's meal, I updated my review for food to 5 stars , I could positively say this will always be my favorite BK ,and I live in North Miami Beach 17 miles for you guys . I thank you for the quick response to cater to my needs as a customer . With this, I updated my review for service to 5 stars. Keep it up, guys . This being my favorite BK , I've seen this place fully loaded with customers and seen this place look spotless . Maybe it was just cause I came in later than usual ? I will have to try again another visit . Thank you , B K U Rule !

This particular location is not very welcoming. You have this brand new dine in area and when you place an order as dine in you get it as take out like if you are not welcomed and to top it off they don’t even give you napkins and not even a hello when you walk in. Need to work on you ppl skills and up your game. Never coming back….

I’ve been coming to this Burger King for about fifteen years and I’m sad to say I will no longer be coming back. For the past two weeks or so, every time I get to this establishment around 6:40 when I get out of work I keep getting told “Our system has updated so we can’t take any six digit codes”. Does your system update every day at the same time and doesn’t allow customers to use the app? I can’t earn points, redeem points or use any offers. I believe the owner is deliberately telling their employees to lie to their customers and shut off the ability to use the app. I would appreciate it if the employees just said “we’re not currently accepting the BK app” instead of telling me that their system is updating, for two weeks? I will be reporting this to corporate and taking my business elsewhere along with other people I know in the area. This location is using deceptive practices and I’m really over it. I’m so disappointed, unless this changes I will never be coming back and will campaign against this location.

This Burger King location is good, I haven’t had bad experiences, the drive thru service is always quick and food is good. Staff are friendly. This is by far the best Burger King compared to other locations. I prefer this Burger King location than McDonald’s where lines and food take a lot longer.
