Extremely frustrating. We waited over 57 minutes for our food, which is completely unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. There was no clear explanation for the delay, and we weren’t given any meaningful updates while waiting. Because of the excessive wait, I asked for a refund. I was then told that the ordering machine charges more than the cashier, even though there was no cashier available. I paid $74 for my order, but the staff member initially said they could only refund $64 cause of the difference. After going back and forth, the amount was adjusted to $71, and I was then asked if I wanted the remaining $3 to which I said yes . That entire interaction was confusing, frustrating, and unprofessional.

I find this very disrespectful to the customer and a serious issue in terms of hygiene and food safety. The staff also seems poorly trained. I ask you to improve your service time and quality control in the kitchen so this doesn’t happen again.”
