Our local Burger Fi in Lake Nona FL thought it would be a good idea to hold a car meet from 9PM to Midnight with a “Revving Contest” and hundreds of cars racing through residential neighborhoods. The noise was insane along with very dangerous driving all around. Whoever at corporate thought approving this with a “2 Step Contest” needed to google 2 Step before approving it. Will not be going back there again.

We came to Fort Wayne Indiana yesterday from Ohio for me to make a purchase at one of your local shops there and ended up going BurgerFi to eat before heading back to Ohio. First time ever eating there.Myself and my husband both really enjoyed, the hamburgers were phenomenal and the fries were just as good. I would recommend this place if anybody. BurgerFi definitely needs to bring their establishment to Ohio especially northwest Ohio.

Do not come here when the manager is handling the register. This place has charged double what was ordered two times already. And one day, when I told my dad to pick up an order that I had done online, something happened that resulted in my dad handing whoever was at the register a $20 bill. That person was the manager and they accused my father of using a fake $20 bill. He went to the nearest Publix to check that bill and it was real. He went back to tell the manager that they had made a mistake in saying that the $20 bill was fake. And after that, the manager told him to never come back. If you can’t handle customer service as a manager, leave it to the other employees. Even though I haven’t myself haven’t been kicked out, I would never come back. The food is also mediocre for the high price tag. The fries are super soggy and the burger is overall unremarkable if you don’t put sauces in it which just makes it super messy because they put way too much sauce if you ask for one on your burger. You’re better off going to any other burger joint.

I ordered my burger a specific way and they didn’t respect what I asked for. The service was careless and it seemed like they didn’t care about the customer’s request. The food came out poorly made and the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t order here again.

An impromptu visit led us to have lunch here, on a hot summer Wednesday afternoon.
Never having been here before, after studying the menu for a moment, my husband and I made our choices. My husband chose the bacon cheeseburger combo, with the burger wrapped in lettuce/hold the bun, the cry fry, which is a combination of onion rings and french fries, and a regular fountain drink. I ordered the two chicken sliders and an ice water, with plans to eat some of his fries.
It was 20 minutes before we got our food, and at the time we ordered, we were the only people in there, with the exception of one other person. Soon after we arrived, a couple of people came in with to-go orders, and a few others had ordered at the counter and sat down. People with to-go orders, were leaving with their food, and we still had not received ours. When our food finally came, it was very hot ! However, we immediately noticed that my husband did not get his cry fry, and instead had only received an order of regular fries. He went up to the counter and tried to explain to them that he did not receive the onion rings with the fries. It seemed like there was a communication issue, and after going back-and-forth for a couple of minutes, they told him they would bring out a cry fry to the table. Several minutes later, we received the fry and onion rings (the cry fry). In the meantime, we noticed that even though we paid for the burger to be wrapped in lettuce, which was a small up charge, they did not wrap it in lettuce, and instead put it on a regular bun. This means that they got neither the burger nor the side order correct. At this point, we had been here for more than 30 minutes, and I told him to just let it go, considering how long it took to get the food, and then the replacement on the fries.
The food itself was hit-or-miss. My chicken sliders were quite good. My husband found the burger just okay, and didn’t like neither the fries nor rings. I thought the fries were decent, but I wasn’t a fan of the onion rings either.
Food was expensive for essentially a fast food restaurant with counter service. Service was lacking severely, considering they got most of our order incorrect, and were very slow, prioritizing fulfilling orders for people who were getting food to go, when people who were dining in, still had yet to get their food.
Given the slow service, incorrect orders, and prices, we've decided to take a hard pass on returning. With plenty of other options in the area, it's easy to skip this one.
