Yesterday i received after one hour waiting my order, the meat overcooked, bad service and impersonal treatment for the girl who was giving the bags. I arrived and request my bag the lady turn I saw that my order no was ready but she didn't tell me anything, like not yet ready, you Ned to wait, she don't tell me nothing, after one hour when I tell her again, she give me the bag with the burgers cold and overcooked and hard the meat. I took picture. I don't shopping again ever. Burgers ate many, but the service is what is different, and you guys are the worst. Ahh. The milk shake frozen, I have to request a new one after been there 1 hour.

Ordered through UBER. I got Cold, Burnt fries. Cold hamburger, wrapped in a sweaty paper bag (probably microwaved.) Flat soda. Not helped by Henry, who answered the phone when I called. He blamed the UBER driver for the food being cold! Added some lame excuse for the fries. NO it was the way food was packed. Hamburger was the worst quality geez. Fries probably the bottom of the barrel good enough for delivery…First time, Never again. By the way, I live in the neighborhood! Not far to go.
This place is a disappointment to Miami Lakes. As soon as you arrive you can tell there are no standards. If you want to know the quality of food your about to eat, take a look at the surrounding areas of the restaurant, bathrooms, chairs, floors ..etc.Everything was super dirty in the exterior and interior of the restaurant, which only leads you to wonder what the kitchen looks like.Burgerfi needs to get on top of this location asap.
