The food was good and consistent with restaurants of this caliber. The service was welcoming and helpful. Someone should be at the door so you don’t have to wait to be greeted or provide information. Love the atmosphere because it is open and fairly, very clean and well maintained! Super pluses for a restaurant! Cheers!

Leydi is an amazing bartender. Drinks and appetizers are very tasty. Food portions are good and great fresh quality.

I always get the chicken trio and the size of the chicken has been greatly reduced over the years to the size of a fork I just don't think I'm going to go back anymore it just doesn't feel worth it

After leaving a funeral we decided to stop here as it was on the way home for some of their delicious Woodfired pizza. It was February 27 at 8:40 PM. After we were sat at the high tops, we asked about the pizza and were informed they no longer make it. Couldn’t believe it. It’s the best thing they had here and the only reason we stopped in. So we went ahead and ordered three dinners. We also ordered three House wines, all 6 ounce pours but mine arrived as a 9 ounce pour. I asked the server if this was 9 ounces and he assumed I was complaining that it wasn’t enough and replied yes don’t you see it’s more than the other 6 ounce glasses,, then turned and walked away. The others in my group said don’t worry about it we’ll split the extra 3 ounces among us. Still it wasn’t fair I had to pay more for his mistake but I left it at that as we were hungry and tired. Our salads arrived and 5 minutes later our dinners. I sent them away and we rushed through our salads knowing our dinners were drying out under the heat lamps.
I understand we arrived 20 minutes before closing but it was very unprofessional to have been rushed as we paid the same price for our dinners as those who arrived at 5pm and should have been shown the same respect by not having all the lights turned on n the dining area at 9:15 basically telling us to get out. And if that’s the case then this restaurant should not allow anyone walking in an hour before closing to ensure a pleasant dining experience without annoyed servers.
Also, none of us were impressed by our dinners- my lobster raviolis were thin and flat and honestly I could not detect the taste of lobster and it was missing the chopped tomatoes as stated in the description. Basically it’s corporate factory food. Not even close to authentic Italian and I was reminded why, even though it was only 2 miles from my home, I hadn’t stopped here in almost 10 years…..not worth it. Again, we had only considered stopping in because of the pizza and now that it is no longer available I can not see any reason why I would ever walk through those doors again.
So to summarize I paid $125.00 plus tip for incorrect drink orders, subar food, prepared incorrectly, which we had to shove down our throats. Thank you Carabbas!

This location is absolutely terrible. If you order online for curbside pickup, prepare to wait in your car for 20 minutes before anyone comes out to acknowledge you and often times, no one comes out and you have to get down and see what's taking so long. Tonight, our food was 40 minutes behind schedule. Don't dare ask what's taking so long because a manger will come tell you that if you don't like it, he can cancel your order and you wasted your time waiting. The food always is cold because they leave it sitting on shelves as they fill the orders. Save your money and time and if you live in the area and want Italian food, order from Tony's Place.

I came to have an app at the bar and order some togo apps. From the beginning of my experience I waited about 7 minutes to be served, even though multiple employees walked behind the bar. Soon after I finally was offered a drink. I ordered an app to start and everything was back on pace. I decided to order togo apps and a salad. First app came out and it was platted to for in house not togo, second order came out and it was incorrect. I also ordered a Caesar salad and it came out without the extra croutons and dressing. At this point my first app was getting cold. I spoke with a manger and didn't hear me out, literally asked what was missing and walked away in seconds. No apology for the lack of service or attention to detail. I paid 100% of my check while getting 50% of the service. This is unacceptable, to spend $80 and not have anyone care! The worst part is I get home and my pregnant wife doesn't want to eat her cold app. Thank you for ruining my night.

Clean and pretty quiet place to eat. The lentil soup had no business being that amazing. The appetizers were very good as well. The main dish, which I ordered from their side menus could have been better. Would have rather traded it for more soup! The wine is served with this mini charcuterie board on top. Pretty cool!

I recently had dinner at Carrabbas and was lucky enough to have Steven as our waiter. As an older guy, I really appreciate good service, and Steven didn’t disappoint. He was friendly, quick with our orders, and always had a smile on his face. It’s clear he enjoys what he does, and it made our meal that much better. If you’re heading to Carabas, definitely ask for Steven – you won’t be disappointed!

This restaurant has employees that don't care about the clients or the restaurant. The owner of this particular Carrabba's Italian Grill has not idea of how bad his employees are working. It's really sad. I do not recommend this particular one.

A bit of background, I have lived in Miami Lakes for over 17 years. I've been coming to this Carraba's since I was a young boy. Last night me and my spouse decide to go for dinner. We got there a bit late at 8:20pm, they close at 9pm nonetheless we go and sit at the bar ready to order. Usually I would not name the person who gave us horrible and rude service but this gentleman earned this review. Sean was our bartender/server, and when he came up to us to get our order he talked to us without ever making eye contact the entire time we were there except when he handed me the check at the end. At some point after he took our order he and some other servers were complaining about guests coming in to eat at the last hour of service, right in front of us. He was unable to recommend me a wine when I asked him to, and spent the entire time trying to clean and close early instead of attending to us and the other person at the bar. To add insult to injury he overheard me and my spouse talking about work and decided to bud in and commented "sometimes people don't like their job and are over where they work at and have a second job." Sounds like he doesn't like his job or to work at Carraba's, so Sean if you see this maybe you should quit and not ruin other people's experiences with your lack of professionalism. If I had been there by myself I would of made sure that it would of been your last shift there. The food was good as per usual, but the rest of the experience was disappointing.

I live in this neighborhood for years and this restaurant is been my favorite until recently. The drinks are all water down, we order 3 different drinks and they all taste like juice. The food was over cook.
The manager Lisset is very very unprofessional, her attention to the customers and her help and response it is the absolutely worst that I have experienced In a restaurant. She is very unprofessional. I will never be back and will
Not recommend this place you will loose your money here.

The manager Lisset here is the most unprofessional person that I have ever dealt with. The drinks are water down completely and I ask the manager and she gave me the most ridiculous answer. I will never be back to this place and I have definitely will never recommend it.
