Chela’s was a vibe! Great food, fun atmosphere—but the real star was our waitress Liss. Super sweet, attentive, and made the whole night better. We’ll definitely be back!

Was NOT ALLOWED TO DINE INSIDE AS A DISABLED SERVICE ANIMAL USER by the owner Carlos. I was told that there are "special areas" for individual with dogs, regardless of if they are a service animal, that included a sofa with a coffee table, and dining outside (on the cold night). The staff and owner Carlos are total ignorant of ADA federal law, and was told that I cannot sit anywhere else other patrons were dinning because of my dog.
