I went today to the restaurant they gave me the wrong food order and I call to the the store and the manager came out to the phone and he was very rude. If you do not want people giving complaints give out the right order. The manager do not have ethics in job places.

Went there on 1/2/25 to get dinner for myself and kids and my order was incorrect. I asked for a refund but the mgr apologized and said he will remake order and give me coupons for my next visit as to not refund my money in which he gave me 3 cards. I returned last week and was told the cards expired to my surprise the exp date is 12/31/24 which was exp obviously at the time given to me on 1/2/25. I requested an immediate refund for my order or a replacement of the 3 cards from my last visit. Another mgr Linda refused and sent me a very distasteful email in which I will add as a photo. How is it my error when the other mgr gave me the expired cards on 1/2/25 in which I’m sure he wasn’t aware and I will also post a picture as well. This is Not the service I expected to receive nor the was the email a good representation of the franchise. Disappointed to say the least.

Just left the drive through, order 12 pieces of chicken nuggets, checked the bag and not a single piece of napkin and not even a toothpick to get the nuggets to my mouth, I guess I need to get them with my hands and then clean myself with my shirt!
