Today I had the idea of ordering from that restaurant, or rather, I had the not-so-great idea of ordering from that restaurant. I was missing a side dish. My BBQ ribs were just ribs, there was no meat anywhere, and the little meat that I found was overcooked, or almost burnt. The sirloin we ordered was supposed to be medium well, but it was more than well done. I don't know if they're short-staffed because of the immigration issues we're going through, but at this rate, they're going to lose a lot of customers.

Service was horrendous. First they bring the chips out and the salsa was all over the place. Not in the bowl. Twice. Then I think the manager came with the drinks. He ask for who? I tell him for me and her. He puts them all to her on the other side across from 2-3 people. Never brought out the drink from the first order. Still before I left I asked for another menu. She never brought it. It’s probably one of the worst service I encountered at chili’s.
