Service was horrendous. First they bring the chips out and the salsa was all over the place. Not in the bowl. Twice. Then I think the manager came with the drinks. He ask for who? I tell him for me and her. He puts them all to her on the other side across from 2-3 people. Never brought out the drink from the first order. Still before I left I asked for another menu. She never brought it. It’s probably one of the worst service I encountered at chili’s.

I ordered online. A tip was “forced” on me. Why do I have to tip anyone if I ordered online and went to pick up the food myself? Also, once I arrived, I waited like 15-20 minutes before anyone addressed me at the to go counter. Once I asked to speak to a manager, my food magically appeared. This Chilis has the worst service ever! I hate that I had to give a 15% tip on my order. They do not deserve not a penny from my money! Worst chili restaurant ever!

I have gone to this Chili's a couple of times and my experiences have been pretty okay every time. The food every time has been delicious though, one of my favorites that I ordered recently was the Triple Dipper (fried mozzarella sticks, boneless wings and honey chicken tenders) but also the special sauce burger from the "3 for Me" special is really good too. Their prices are also fair for a family of four or if you are going out on a date. The atmosphere is very family friendly all the times I have gone. The service is okay as well, the team members are approachable.

There were not but 2 waitresses for the entire restaurant. The bartender didn't know how to make a Cosmo. The rest rooms were dirty and don't make me start on the floors.

Arrived at 1:07pm and walked out at 1:36pm. I was with my kids and we were sitting while waiting to order. The server was assisting a table who sat before us which was cool. At approximately 1:25 she came and said she would be right with us in just a moment. Mind you didn’t ask if we needed drinks. At 1:34 I see her assisting the table BEHIND me that JUST sat down like 2 minutes ago! Like are you serious!!! I’m here with my 3 kids and you proceed to the table behind me after I’ve waited patiently for all that time! So instead of going off because my toddler was getting upset because he was hungry I just walked out.

Someone is there ordering with a stolen credit card..i got an alert of a purchase with my card and i called to speak to a manager and they couldn’t put me with a manager. Was told they can’t help me , to call my bank!! I would like a branch managet to give me a call!!

I'm not the type to write bad reviews, but this experience at Chilis yesterday was the worst I've ever received anywhere. So when my partner and I got to the restaurant it looked busy which I expected for a Sunday night. Coming on a weekend I know things might take a while to be served but not as long as it took for us. We had ordered only the Smokehouse combo, with two options of honey chipotle chicken crispers, and for the side of that, we had the fries, boiled corn, and garlic toast. I have many things to point out:
1. We were not given napkins and utensils at the start, which is not a big deal, but we didn't receive anything until we asked for it.
2. Before our food was even served to us, our server came up to us about halfway, asking us what we had ordered because "she couldn't find our order". Mind you it was only one single platter we ordered because we were sharing. So it wasn't like we had anything too complicated.
3. Our food was one SINGLE platter took almost a whole hour to be served to us.
4. After almost a whole hour of waiting, we received our order, we only received HALF of what we ordered, we only received the chicken crispers, and the corn on the cob, which we received the wrong corn, as i had specified i wanted the boiled corn and not the Mexican street corn. our server takes probaly around 5 to 7 minutes to bring back the correct corn i had ordered, plus some sauces i asked for.
5. When we started eating the chicken, we noticed the chicken was cold. Not even warm, COLD. Which, for how long it took for it to be served to us, it seemed like our server forgot about our order in the kitchen, and like our platter was just sitting in a corner of the kitchen with how cold it was.
6. In one of the packs of utensils, we also didn't receive a fork, so we asked for one. When my partner got the new fork and went to eat, she noticed a GRAIN OF RICE, in between the fork. So instead of grabbing us a new set of utensils, she comes back with plastic utensils.
7. Let me not forget to mention that our server, Vanessa, was not attentive at all to us. Not once did she come up to us to ask us how we were doing or if we needed anything. but to be honest, she looked like a brand-new waitress who couldn't handle the 4 or fewer tables she had. I understand it can seem difficult to be a new waitress, but at least check up on your tables, as your performance determines your tip.

The quality of the food was great. The only area of improvement would be in the service, as our waitress seemed more focused on her coworkers than on providing service to us. Despite this, I would still recommend this establishment to others.

Call to place order was on hold for 8 to 10 minutes got hung up on and called back a second time to being on hold to the point I just order from Ale House. 57th Avenue and 173rd location has gotten to the points a few of my friends won't ever go back. Sad!

Our waitress was very sweet. Unfortunately, she made a mistake when taking our order. She understood we wanted a full rack of ribs, when we ordered half. We called her over and explained. She apologized and consulted with the manager, Roland, on what to do. The manager instructed her to come over with a plate and fork and remove the half of rack from our plate while we were eating. I’ve NEVER experienced this ever before. When I gave the manager my opinion he was very dismissive on the matter. This will probably happen again. Very sad a place I’ve frequented so often over the years to behave in such a way. A better tactic would be to just leave the unwanted food to the side. Not to send the poor waitress to remove the food from a plate you are currently eating on.
If you eat then you pay, if you leave then you don’t.
