I recently visited Chipotle and found the food to be okay. The burrito I had was decent, but nothing extraordinary. One tip I have is to visit this location before 12 PM; it tends to be much cleaner and more organized before the lunchtime rush hits.
If you're in the mood for a quick meal, it's a good spot to consider, just aim for that earlier time!

They always take super long to prepare my order, small servings, and even when ordering online they still manage to take over 20 minutes from the pick up time to make it. The food is mid and never consistent.

I will never go to this store again, the owners and management have take it upon themselves to put the protein you order in a plastic cup to measure the amount of protein giving you less chicken and steak while still charging the same amount of money

This is truly the only chipotle I go, not only is service is incredible they all know me as the sour cream guy bc I cannot get enough and my day truly gets better when I see the wonderful staff. Very happy coming here almost everyday now

I've been going to this Chipotle for years now and the quality of this place have gone downhill. It's a constant wait to get food, they never have anything prepped and always seem to run out and there's no chef making the food in the back. I've literally wait 5 minutes to wait for a cashier while an employee was standing there telling me to wait for someone to help me. The place does not run efficiently and I hope that it will one day

Workers are unfriendly, unwelcoming, as if they’re in time out working there. Ordered a Veggie Burrito and it had zero Guac in it. We got there 5 minutes after our food was done and ready for pickup and it was cold

The branch is served by very young people with no knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures.
I asked for a salad bowl, and he served the lettuce on my bowl with his hands. He had a glove on, but I saw him touching the counter, the fridge and a few other things with that same glove while prepping the bowl for the person before me.

Bad costumer service, I placed and order from the app and placed the wrong address by mistake, immediately tried to cancel the order and the customer service made me wait for a live agent for 20 min, after that when the agent finally answered keep me waiting for his response more than 5 min with no response.

I just want to share my experience @ this chipotle. I come here since it’s close to my job & my house. I notice this time the employees(girls) they put a very small portion of food. Also there counter were dirty. I saw the lady that was serving was throwing the food that was on counter on the floor not wiping it down. Girls they give you an attitude. Not a very friendly place to come & eat. Not coming here again.

I don’t understand why is it that EVERYTIME we go to Chipotle’s Miami Lakes there’s never food ready? 4 people in the line looking at the 1st person separating the bowls… 3 other people looking at the girl not have rice, chicken and steak.
1 cook and 1 person drowning with Togo orders. Why is it so hard to work as a team? I do not blame the employees. We blame the managers. Poor management!
