This place is amazing! It has excellent service, a great atmosphere, and the staff is very fast and attentive. Perfect for going out and having a good time. Highly recommended!
Coming from someone who worked at this location. I don’t know if it’s that the owner changed or poor management but this location has become a mess. The women have horrible attitude and are not friendly whatsoever. Today i entered and greeted the employee with a hey how are you and she responded with are you going to order ? I asked 3 times to the front line workers the same question to which no one responded that i had to say am i talking to myself here or what ? They clearly do not enjoy their job and it’s being taken out in the clients. On top of all this none of them speak english this is ridiculous. INCLUDING THE MANAGER (polo shirt ) does not speak english how can someone who supposedly has authority to make decisions assist clients without being able to speak english. Their lack of motivation reflects on the cleanliness of the line and their communication with the cook. Jose would have never accepted this (back when chipotle meant something ) Zero class from the women zero customer service . Will not be going back

They don't whistle well, they just make a little more and if you tell them to make a little more, they charge you double at the end.

I love their offers, the service, how they please my preferences when serving the dishes, they are the best, excellent flavor. Blessings
Dietary restrictions: I can't eat beans and they please me by serving only the broth.

On 1-8-25 at 12:30 how can you be out of Brisket, rice, cheese and no napkins! The food portion keeps getting smaller I think management needs to step in. The place use to be on point..

I arrived at the Chipotle in Miami Lakes (33014) around 10:42 AM, a few minutes before their official opening time of 10:45 AM. While the doors were open, the food was not yet ready to be served. I patiently waited, and eventually, at 11:00 AM (15 mins of waiting) a friendly staff member offered to prepare my meal.
However, I was informed that the kitchen had not yet finished cooking the rice and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes (a half hour wait for the first customer in line) Instead of complaining to the staff member, I politely requested their manager come out. When the manager arrived, he seemed preoccupied with setting up the register. He then abruptly asked me "what's up?" in an aggravated tone. Before I could even explain the situation, he accused me of being angry.
I calmly explained that there was no white rice available. He then blamed the lack of service on understaffing and, asked me if I wanted him to "Yell at the rice cooker" to which I said I didn't want him to yell at anyone. Shockingly, told me to "get out of his store" and threatened to call the police.
When I questioned why he would call the police, he accused me of "soliciting." I was completely bewildered. I attempted to explain the meaning of "soliciting" to him and emphasized that his behavior was unacceptable for both a customer-facing and a leadership position.
I expressed my concerns to the other staff members about this manager's conduct. When I asked for his name, he refused to provide it and told me to "find it on the internet."
I hope Chipotle corporate reviews the security footage and audio (if available) and takes appropriate disciplinary action against this team leader. His behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable.

So I got here 10 mins early. The door was opened so I went in. And some bald guy that works there was super upset and rude and kept saying "the door shouldn't have been open" and kicked me out instead of letting me wait the 10 mins inside to get my food. Like ok the door should of been closed but it wasn't and you were very rude to a customer that had nothing to do with that. Never coming to this location again. Would advise everyone else to do the same.
Terrible customer service, my son went to get dinner and he ordered tacos, asked for rice and the gentleman said no. This was after putting the meat he did not request. Sloppy work and not edible. Just gets worse and worse with customer service, I drive outside of Miami Lakes to get Chipotle. Just sad.

Horrible customer service by a blonde girl on the register. I ordered chips and guacamole and she refused to give me chips. Because they were for the Mobil orders. There were enough chips, even one of the the other employees said there were chips in the back and she told her no you’re not giving her the chips. Seriously do better!

I love Chipotle, their food is amazing. The people working there though... I have been to this location enough to know that I need to check my pickup order. When I brought it to the lady's attention (the lady that packs the to-go orders) that she forgot to pack my guac, she started arguing with me that I didn't order guac. I told her of course I did bc it was a part of my veggie bowl. I don't get meat, I get guac. Then she said that she knows what I ordered and that she did put the guac in it. I told her I checked and it does not have guac. Not only did she continue to argue with me, then the cashier jumped in and said to just give me the guac so I could leave. Little did she know that I am a Spanish speaker and could understand her lol at the end the girls behind the counter that package the food just slid over a thing of guac so I could go. Staff is fantastic...
