The workers here got mad attitude. Literally one was working and helping customers and the other 4 girls were chatting away. Ignored us completely as we were waiting to pay but as soon as we were leaving, suddenly they say “Make sure to close the door!”

Terrible customer service!! Manager named Jayla yelled at me, she no respect towards customers. She yelled at me in front of others customers. She made my special need daughter cry. She has no concept of what a management is all about. poor leadership skills out of line No common sense extremely disrespectful to customers I’m sure I’m not the only person that has been mistreated by Jayla the so called manager

Very disappointed in the management at this location. I asked for a child size ice cream and was told I could only do love it or bigger OR a like it size in a cone. Either way telling me I had to spend more money. They flat out refused to sell me a child’s size in a love it container. It is not my fault the managers didn’t restock cups correctly, they should have just charged me for what I requested. The manager said they don’t do that because their employees overfill the cups…. That’s not my fault. I don’t think customers should be forced to spend more money, that’s not good business. The manager said “you don’t have to spend more money, you can just leave”. I have never known Cold Stone to be so unprofessional and unfriendly.

We went here on a busy day granted but there were over several kids on the counter just staring at us to “serve” us. They ignored my brother and we were told ( on a different visit) that my boyfriend would get the birthday special and we didn’t…. At this point what is the point of going out if company say they’re going to give you a special promotion when they don’t? Ice cream is good I guess, but customer service needs to be improved.

My family and I wanted to eat something sweet after our dinner at Chelas and we decided to stop by Cold Stone to eat some ice cream, although in this location there is always a line at night, the service surprised me. The workers were very friendly and the place was super clean. We were served by a girl with curly blonde hair and I think she said her name was Faby. And she had such knowledge of the menu that she was able to make recommendations that were perfect for all of us. I recommend them if you are in the area and ask for it.
