Wonderful service yesterday from Sophia. She was very polite and helped me pick out an ice cream she knew I would enjoy by letting me sample them. You could tell she enjoys working since she has a smile from ear to ear. Her managers must be proud of her work. When I go to main street I will only allow to be served by Sophia.

I wish I would have read the reviews before going. How disgusting! I ordered my favorote..the cheesecake ice cream. The Blueberries were rotten!!! the Graham Crackers tasted old, there were no cheesecake chunks. I didn't finish it and my son didn't finish his either. We were both sick to our stomach! And on top of that we spent almost $20 for 2 small cups of disgusting ice cream. I remember going there more than 20 years ago and it was so nice. Trust me, don't go here!!

Lately this place has been so disappointing. Dirty, unorganized & horrible customer service. Today I went with my kids & not only were the employees rude but, they had about 7-8 ice cream flavors out of stock. I asked the worker if they were restocking since they had 3 hrs before closing & he rudely answered me - telling me that they weren’t. I walked out & took my business down the street to Hagen Daz who not only had every flavor in stock but, it was packed inside & out with customers. Fast lines.

The ice cream is delicious but this location the staff is just carefree and don't care about cleanliness anymore. Before you would walk into a cold stone and they greet you and it was such a nice experience. Now it's all gone downhill.
Typical. Tasty, ice cream parlor next to the movie theaters on Main Street Shopping area. Plenty of flavors available. Help behind the counter a little slow.

I went to pick up my grandmother’s cake I placed the order 3 days in advance for pickup once the shop opens at 12, i go and there was a young lady with orange hair that opened shop but stayed in the back even tho I tried to get there attention to get my order, it wasn’t till I opened the door to make it ring that she came out to help me, I had been waiting for 20 minutes by then to pick up.April 17, 2023
