I enjoy eating here but you have to be very careful when you have food allergies as they don’t accurately put the correct items in meals. I can’t have onions and while asking for regular tomato, they put pico instead. Time before I asked for avocado slices and they gave me guacamole (which has onions). Unfortunately there’s no notes section with ordering to ask that they double check the order or alert about allergies. To spend about $18 for my bowl I would hope my order would follow what was on the receipt.
Dietary restrictions: They need to be better at following for orders/receipts and not put “similar” ingredients as this can cause problems with food allergies. For instance giving me pico instead of regular tomato or guacamole instead of avocado slices when I can’t have onions.

It was my absolute displeasure to have tasted this mediocre, tasteless, nasty iteration of a meal. I thank the good Lord that someone else paid for this meal because if, in today’s economy, I paid for this disappointment I’d have been beside myself. I’ve never had rice that was drier than the Sahara and crunched when I chewed it. I never thought Uncle Ben’s instant rice would be better than any other rice, but here we are. Thank you for absolutely ruining the beginning of my weekend with your terribly dry food.

I love the food here. The bowls and wraps are always really good especially with the Mixed 3 sauce. I gave them 3stars because i always order thru Uber eats and today is the 3rd time ordering a chips and avocado smash and it’s missing. 3 times!!! I think whoever packs these orders need to recheck the receipt before sending it off or you ask your delivery person to check the order before leaving.

Listen I haven’t had a great in a long time,, and they surpassed my expectations, all fresh ingredients, not only was the food good, the workers were very welcoming.
This place is truly horrible. I arrived at the restaurant at 2:20 pm the restaurant that was empty. While I was waiting for my food some people came in and got their food right away (2:38pm). I didn’t think much of it thinking my My protein was being cooked. While I waited, I observed the Staff preparing the food And noticed they were not wearing gloves when handling food, which completely disgusted me. By this point it is already 2:45 PM and I had yet to receive my food. I decided to go up to the counter and request for an update. They asked for what my order was, however I requested to cancel the order. I had already waited 25 minutes while others got their order within five minutes. She came back with my order in hand, stating that she had called for me a long time ago, but I was not there. However, I was waiting for my food in the empty restaurant and she did not call my name. Otherwise I would’ve heard it.
I would like to place a formal complaint. Feel free to verify cameras and audio to verify my complaint. As well as feel free to email me, I would love to get in touch with management regarding this issue as well as Request a full refund on my order.

Today I ordered in,but even then the food i receive is always excellent and high quality! They prepare the customers food with such attention to detail and so much carefulness not to mention their quickness.The cashiers and the team always makes me feel so warm and welcomed the moment I step foot in their store! I’ve recommended this store to a few of my friends now and they agree,the service and food is great! Not to mention the portions they give is more than fulfilling and satisfying!
