I ordered a vegan bowl with vegan chicken. I asked if it was gluten free due to me being Celiac. Told me it was gluten free. We waited 15 minutes to get our food. Now i am sick as a dog due to gluten exposure. If you're going to tell people something is gluten free, you better be certain about it.

Horrible service. They dont prioritize orders based on when they receive them. I went to pick up an order for someone and they had me waiting 30 mins that I got frustrated and just left. I saw them take around 20 new orders and give them to new customers that came in. It's possible they were biased since I was the only Hispanic looking person there. I can't think of any other reason why they would do that. But I stayed quiet and left as I didnt want to make a scene. Will never be back to this store again.

Food here is usually alright, but this visit was very disappointing.
This Miami Lakes location smells strange inside, and today my takeout bowl had broccoli, kale, and a worm in it. It looked like a salad worm and was absolutely disgusting to find on my plate.
I’ve ordered from here several times before, but this experience really concerns me. It shows a lack of proper washing and cleaning of the greens. I strongly believe the staff and management need to address this immediately for food safety and hygiene.

Jonathan is the BEST!!! He takes your order with a beautiful heartfelt smile and he’s quite kind. There’s no attitude and the food was amazing. I haven’t gone to Diced in a while so going back and walking up to order with his smiling face was worth the wait. Please ask for Jonathan when you place your order. He’s the best.

I had an amazing first time experience today. I am in Miami for work and love trying new restaurants when I visit. This restaurant was near my worksite so I gave it a shot. I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome by Johnathan who also took my order. He sensed that this was my first time here snd offered his help. I am quite indecisive however he was very patient with me and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I dont eat chicken or steak and I love veggies so he was able to help me get a wonderful shrimp salad. He was very helpful and made my first visit an amazing one. I will be returning. The salad was absolutely delicious!
