Bagels are great. Coffee. Not so much. Most of the time I end up throwing the coffee away. Cold or iced it’s never the same and most of the time taste terrible. Lack of attention .

We went in to pick up our order. My coffee was cold. We asked to get a new one. They said they would have to brew a new pot and then told me to get a different type of coffee instead, my wife was so angry that she told me I have to leave so I got the coffee that I didn't order because it was the only one that was hot and then as we were walking out the door, the employee James, a young black male in his 20s who we had been speaking with walked over to the other employees and made fun of us then we spoke to the manager Caylie about it to which she didn't care at all when I told them I was going to leave them a bad review they said go ahead we don't care so here I am leaving a one star review for the most disrespectful rude people that I have ever encountered inside an Einstein Bros. They should both be unemployed immediately after this I'm contacting corporate directly. I literally just wanted a hot coffee... not to be made feel bad or like I'm making someone go out of their way to do the very thing that the business is there to do.

Einstein Bagels is consistently excellent. I stop by almost every Friday to pick up bagels for my coworkers, and the experience is always smooth. I typically purchase the dozen deal, which includes 13 bagels—either assorted or customized to your preference—along with two spreads. The total comes to $19.00, which is a very fair price, and I always choose to leave a tip.
The staff is unfailingly pleasant and welcoming, and the bagels are always fresh and flavorful. The Miami Lakes location, in particular, provides great service and a reliable experience. Thank you. ~Martika

Today Oct 25th at 8:45am. I was there buying 1/2 dozens of bagels. The bagels weren’t sliced well. The people there always throw them at the machine like garbage. It’s a disaster. They should adjust the machine to have them sliced well. I’m including pictures below. Thank you!

Einstein bros is a solid bagel option when you want something fast and reliable. It’s not the best bagel by any means but it’s consistent and reliable so if you’re looking for that type of a meal than Einsteinbros is the establishment for you

Employees very knowledgeable of menu and my boyfriend favored the chocolate cookie overall delicious!!!
Love the green chili bagel breakfast sandwich, but please stop cutting the bagel with the same knife used for cinnamon bagels. It ruins the experience for me every time. So disgusting. A separate knife should be used for savory and sweet bagels to not cross the flavors.
I am sure that people who order a savory bagel do not want to have cinnamon or sweet flavor profile combined.

There's a certain time past noon during the day where this place runs out of specialty bagels. I usually place a $40 order when I come here , this time they couldn't fulfill my order and the person at the register had a bad attitude, for the most part they do have good hard servers always. Gonna take a break from this place for a while

The food was horrifically bad. Both sandwiches were lukewarm at best. The hot coffee was cold and the iced mocha tasted like it may have once shook hands with a coffee bean in its distant past. Highly recommend going to a family owned place for a real bagel over this stomach ache inducing nonsense.

One word to describe this place “HORRIBLE” from the service to the food -they have 10 people working and have one person at both registers taking orders from 2 people at the same time and not listening to a word you’re saying - mess up on the order and talk to customers disrespectfully - how are you even opened? Will not enter in this establishment ever again !
