Good lunch specials available.
There's a certain time past noon during the day where this place runs out of specialty bagels.
I usually place a $40 order when I come here , this time they couldn't fulfill my order and the person at the register had a bad attitude, for the most part they do have good hard servers always. Gonna take a break from this place for a while
The food was horrifically bad. Both sandwiches were lukewarm at best. The hot coffee was cold and the iced mocha tasted like it may have once shook hands with a coffee bean in its distant past. Highly recommend going to a family owned place for a real bagel over this stomach ache inducing nonsense.
One word to describe this place “HORRIBLE” from the service to the food -they have 10 people working and have one person at both registers taking orders from 2 people at the same time and not listening to a word you’re saying - mess up on the order and talk to customers disrespectfully - how are you even opened? Will not enter in this establishment ever again !
I would go back just for the friendly service!
Walked in, waited forever and just left. How slow can you possibly be? Who’s running the business? You need new workers or management.
Extremely long wait on the weekend. Under staffed. Last time I order or come to this place!
The team here was fast, polite and courteous. I’m on vacation in Miami Lakes and this location on 154th was delightful and the food was fresh and good!

At around 10:15 AM I had placed an order for an Iced Latte, as well as a number of other bagels and coffees. It seems that in the hectic nature of Einstein at that time, I either forgot to ask for a pump of caramel syrup or the cashier did not hear me, and thus didn’t add it to the order.
When I received the coffee and didn’t taste the caramel, I asked if it had, and the attendant making coffee, “Owilda,” described herself as the manager and said that I didn’t pay for a caramel syrup and that I won’t receive what I don’t pay for.
I then walked back to the cashier and made the line again. When I arrived to the cashier, the cashier attempted to advocate for me with Owilda, but she wasn’t having it. I happily offered to pay the $1.10 for the caramel pump. However, the cashier did not know how to do this. So instead he called the actual manager who said it was not possible to charge for it, but that she would add the caramel pump herself. I insisted on my desire to pay for it, and she refused to accept payment for it. When the actual manager went to add the caramel syrup, Owilda once again chimed in to me expressing how I was robbing them of that money because I couldn’t afford to pay for the $1.10 caramel syrup.
Owilda demeaned me and created a horrible breakfast/morning experience. She’s disrespectful, condescending, and does not embody Einstein’s values nor general service industry standards.

This place has become a staple for our family. I come here once every weekend with my daughter and we always get quick service! We especially love saying hi to our pal, James the cashier, who is always so sweet and friendly.

No customer service. The company needs to have more employees in Miami lakes. The employees are overwhelming all the time.
