I went in on a Saturday morning on 3/9/24 I was the only person in line so far,and I was pressed for time, however there was two workers and a person I assume was the manager behind the counter, a worker and a manager we’re fixing orders another worker was filling little cups with extra sauce . when she came to the register I asked her how long would it take to make two brisket sandwiches? she told me about five minutes I told her “OK, go ahead let’s make it.” I put in my order and paid for it . she started my order as she got over close to the person who I assume is her manager and she’s getting ready to cook the eggs for the order. The person says something to her and she leaves my order and goes in the back, when she comes back, She comes back with two packs of cups, so I said to her you stop making my order to go and get some cups for the lady who I assumed was the manager, the lady turns around and says oh there’s customers before you and she needs to help, so I told her if you needed her help you should’ve gotten help before I put my order in. Don’t leave my food getting cold while she gets you cups for your order? I thought that was very unprofessional, if the lady who took my order had said I can’t start your order until I help the manager with that order that she was filling ,then I would’ve left because I didn’t have time to wait for somebody’s order To be made instead of mine. That’s why I asked how long would it take before I put an order in.. my brisket ended up with jalapeños which I do not eat so my breakfast ended up being a complete disappointment for almost $30. I should’ve been able to enjoy that. I also purchased 1 lg & 1 med/ sm orange juice.

This is the worst place to order bagels from! I called ahead, no one picked up the phone. I went to the store and they took forever to complete my order (I had to cancel it right there). Then I ordered online a dozen bagels (12) doordash delivered it and received 7 (seven bagels) no cream cheese!!! What the heck is going on with the service?? Seems like we customers are not respected and/or appreciated!!!!Update: calling the store no picks up!

Ever since Einstein’s parent company JAB Holdings filed for IPO the quality of the coffee has gone down. I feel like they water down the coffee to lower costs so that they can maximize profits and sell the stock at the highest price possible.

12:45pm 12/9/23 Employee Andrew was counting inventory while chewing on a plastic coffee stick and playing with it with his hands while it was in his mouth. Then without gloves grabbed two plain bagels and put them on the cutting board at the prep station. We left without ordering.

She flashed us her dazzling smile from across the room and when she saw my daughter appeared a little nervous about stepping away from me, she struck up a conversation and put her right at ease. Einstein has always been my favorite bagel spot, and today made it more so.

Was just at the Miami Lakes location. Service is always on point, food and environment as well. Had to take a moment to shout out their associate Tiana. She greeted us from across the room with her dazzling smile and a short while later she struck up a friendly conversation with my daughter. She could tell that my princess was a little bit nervous as she stepped away from me but when she returned she was all smiles. Thank you, Tiana!

Literally have me sick all day. Thought I tasted slight meat taste on my sandwich but wasn’t completely sure so I kept eating. Please be more careful when cooking because vegetarians do exist and the meat can make us very sick if you’re having cross contamination going on during the cooking process. Things without meat should not be cooked on the same grills as meat unless there is a cleaning process to scrape any meat and meat juices away before cooking the next bagel. Really unsanitary.

This is the second time we order from Einstein Bros Bagel in Miami Lakes, through Uber Eats, both times they forgot to give us our Hash browns. Terrible customer service. They don’t even answer their phone. Last time we order.
