Bad attention. I arrived and sat outside for 20 minutes. And no one attended to me. I ended up getting up and leaving and going to another place that immediately served me looking at the menu outside.

It’s a shame that good food would be ruined by Terrible customer service. We go to this restaurant every Friday and are given great service by the manager Ariel and all the servers. Today that service was nothing alike Thanks to a grumpy “gentleman” who should likely retire because after all bad service will cost you business.

El pasado Marzo 1 del 2024 hice una reserva para el cumpleaños de mi esposa y hice observar q quería la Felicitarán . Sin embargo el camarero nada social al finalizar la comida trajo el bill . En ese momento le pregunté si había revisado los detalles de mi reservación a lo q me contestó que no , luego de un rato se apareció con dos camareros un poquito de merengue y una velita y cantaron Felicidades. Pero para sorpresa mía al lado de mi mesa otra persona cumplía años también y le trajeron un pedazo de 3 leches y el pianista le canto Felicidades . Creo sin dudas esto fue RACISTA pues mi esposa es negra y el de la otra mesa era blanco, si a esto le sumo q mi pedido lo trajeron mal cocinado puedo sumar q ese día q que era especial fue 100% desagradable , y el manager de ese día creo estaba cobrando su sueldo sin trabajar. Esto pasó en El Novillo de Miami Lakes, por todo repito Racismo,Mal servicio y discriminación fue toda la experiencia, Aquí le dejo mi # teléfono 7868629880 pues no me escondo para hacer esta denuncia.

First time there and absolutely loved it. Their lunch sampler plates are delicious and their churrasco is great. Beers are a bit pricey at 8.00 a beer. The service is impeccable and the inside of the restaurant is very pretty. Went back and same great service once again. Will continue going back,highly
