Been here quite a few times….and never disappointed. Cozy and warm environment. And the food amazing. Today I had something I never preserved before which was a Caldo Gallego….OMG!!! It was absolutely amazing. I’ve been eating this since I was a kid…this took me back. Everything in this place is great….and Roger gave us great service and no thing less. Highly recommend.

The perfect place to celebrate our anniversary, El Pimiento is an absolute gem in Miami Lakes. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance stands out—warm, inviting, and perfectly balanced between elegant and comfortable, making it ideal for both casual dinners and special occasions. From the hostess that brought us champagne, to the waiters that served our food and catered to our every desire, and the chefs that prepared such wonderful dishes, the warm hospitality makes you fell like being among family. They truly live by the emblem written on a tile on our table, Lo mejor de nuestra casa, nuestros clients. The Russian salad, garlic mushrooms, caldo marinero, tarta de almendras, and pistachio, turrón and vanilla ice cream were spectacular.
Overall, El Pimiento delivers an outstanding dining experience with great atmosphere, top-notch service, and a menu that keeps you coming back. Highly recommended.

A rustic place with very very good and original Spanish food. We ordered tapas of all kinds, and a Cazuela de Mariscos that was to die for. The ambience is perfect and the service was very good. If you’re a big group make reservations.
