Never going to this location again. They didn't customize my order to anything I requested and asked to remove. Then they give me a sandwich with two bottom sides of the bread? Come on.

I want to say attention and service was okay as i i picked up a turkey bacon sandwich a moment ago. Here is where i have an issue.
The person stop making my order to take another order in the process she accepted cash from a customer and provided change.
Then went back to doing my sandwich with gloves dirty from the cash transaction done.
This is no go, as you now made my sandwich unsanitary.
I wasn't provided a receipt as well.
But it was the turkey, bacon, swiss and tomato sandwich for $12.
Definitely not eating the sandwich

This establishment do not speak or understand English. After an initial also several request for a particular item I was still given something else. Priscila put something in my food that gave a very bad taste left in my mouth.
The worker PRISCILA is purposely putting way too much lettuce in my small sub box and wasting product that could have went on another customer’s order this is the second time she have done this.
The worker Priscila have a problem with me shopping here and continue to give me a hard time she did not ask me my name.
Toasted my bread when I asked for no toast but instead made my bread hard and still served it to me also put no pickle on my receipt without asking me. I added a picture of my sub looking much cleaner on the night PRISCILA was not there they did not added extra oil and TOO MUCH LETTUCE being nasty.. If this establishment do nothing about this something can happen behind her purposely being nasty with my request.
Very bad service and the food is nasty.

Instead of the chili being soup texture it have a thick heavy paste texture.

RUDE & UNTRUTHFUL MANAGER! I tried to redeem my birthday reward (free medium sub with any purchase) the manager told me I had to redeem it online. There was an option to redeem it online or at the restaurant. I showed her my phone and she rolled her eyes and said no online only. I knew she was being untruthful so I called corporate. The representative verified I could redeem it in store. I told the manager I called corporate and all of a sudden she magically was able to allow me to redeem it in store. This is one of many incidents at this location. I will not patronize this establishment more. The Firehouse brand represents poor customer service and discrimination at this location.

This location has a horrible reputation for being dirty and poor attention to detail.Location closes at whatever time employees feel like leaving and definitely before scheduled closing time of 9:00pm. Employees are rude, unattentive and pretend not to speak English. When contacting Customer Service or corporate no reply or simple runaround is given with the promise of someone calling back but no response.The way my specific issue was address has really made me see the company in a whole new light, especially as a firefighter, which is what the company seems to focus on as their basis to promote their company.Very disgusted will definitely not return nor will my fellow firefighters. Jersey Mikes will be our sub shop from this day forward

This is my second time ordering from firehouse subs Uber eats and they NEVER PUT MY PICKLE !!!! This time they forgot my pickle AND MY BROWNIE!!!! Nobody answers the phone!!!!! NOBODYS PAYING ATTENTION!!!!

I recently placed a catering order at the Firehouse Subs Miami Lakes location for lunch for a student group I work with in the area. Things could get hectic when planning workshops for students, but Firehouse Subs made things convenient for me by having an easy online ordering process and my order was ready for pick right on-time, no hassle. Thanks Firehouse Subs for being our neighborhood hero!
