This job isn't very difficult. You receive an order with what the customer wants or doesn't want, then you make the sub as ordered. However, clearly the employees at this location have difficulty reading and following simple instructions. Ordered 4 subs through Uber Eats and all of them were incorrect...

Im changing my previous review from 2 stars to 5 based on the new great staff and service. Thank goodness, i5s beenbyears since I don't come back here but will be back now more often

Spots always clean ,.nice staff, I Only go for the BBQ Brisket sandwich and the cherry lemonade 💪🏼💯💯💯

They automatically charged me a donation fee. I asked the employee and they said it was automatic for everybody. No signage. No mention.

This will be my last visit to any firehouse in the future unless they change the amount of meat they add to their subs… I’ve seen more meat on a dirty fork! The food quality is good but the quantity is the problem. I had 2 paper thin slices of corned beef & pastrami on my steamer and they charged $17 with chips and a drink for a medium sub. No thanks.

These employees play hard and work hard. They always offer welcoming smiles and the food is always cooked to perfection. Overall, this place is hard to beat when it comes to hot subs #sorrynotsorry

We ordered three subs from here on Uber. It was buy one get one free and we did not receive the free sub. The sub we did receive had no lettuce tomatoes onions peppers pickles olives nothing. They slapped meat and cheese on a bread and sent it out just like that. Whoever prepared subs on this day 4/3/25 should be fired!

I ordered a sub through Doordash to the Miami Lakes location and continued to call the location over 10 times to specify I did not want it toasted. Doordash support also called and they got no answer. They did not help at all and they also put toppings I did not ask for on the sub. The service is horrible. The dasher had to give his personal phone to the lady at the counter and she gave me attitude and said it would he a loss to the company so she could not make it cold. At the end of the day Doordash resolved the issue when it was none of their concern. Please add a toasted or not toasted button to the online orders on delivery apps to avoid the hassle!!!

I go here for lunch very often! Great food, fantastic employees and healthier options versus the other fast food around.

Never going to this location again. They didn't customize my order to anything I requested and asked to remove. Then they give me a sandwich with two bottom sides of the bread? Come on.

I want to say attention and service was okay as i i picked up a turkey bacon sandwich a moment ago. Here is where i have an issue.
The person stop making my order to take another order in the process she accepted cash from a customer and provided change.
Then went back to doing my sandwich with gloves dirty from the cash transaction done.
This is no go, as you now made my sandwich unsanitary.
I wasn't provided a receipt as well.
But it was the turkey, bacon, swiss and tomato sandwich for $12.
Definitely not eating the sandwich
