Things could get hectic when planning workshops for students, but Firehouse Subs made things convenient for me by having an easy online ordering process and my order was ready for pick right on-time, no hassle. The most rudest people working there. My order had items missing and they were so rude when I asked them for the items. Success of a place is always base on the personal who work there. I would recommend avoiding this location at all COST!

I ordered though Uber eats. Somehow they never include my pickles. This is NOT the first time. Food is good and it was a quick delivery. I don’t have a problem with anything I have paid for.But always it never has pickles. I tried to call and they didn’t answer.

I ordered online for a minimum wait. That was not the case. I ordered and walked in 10 minutes later. I wasn't expecting the sandwich to be ready. I asked the worker making the sandwich if it was ready; she said no, so I sat down. They called out names as the orders were ready. I never heard my name called. 15 minutes later, I asked about my sandwich again. She said sorry and handed it to me. Communication sucks here, but the pepperoni pizza meatball sub was good.

Subs were delicious as always, even though I've been Ventured to other subs I always end up back with the Italian. Don't know what it is but it pulls me back every time I try to enture off.
My friend treated me after I came from an appt at VA and man their sandwishes are on point!!! Highly recommend it.Vegetarian options: They have fresh veggiesKid-friendliness: There were kids there family eating as wellParking: Is inside a shopping center there's plenty of parking all around especially if you don't mind walking park towards the back and walk to the restaurant. The subs are so yummy! I love that they toast them. They put mayonnaise on my sub which I didn't want but other than that they are good!

Walked in and said hi, couldn't get anyone to even acknowledge I was there "place was empty too" Stood at the counter for 5 minutes then pulled up a chair and sat down for another 5min before I finally walked out. Staff has always been weird but today was bizarre. I won't go back.

The food here is always warm and delicious. The people behind the counter seem stressed out, but most are cordial. I had the hook and ladder. The wait was not long. I was beyond shocked when I opened my little square container, and the size of a small looked child size. It looked like 3 inches long. Before it had 2 pieces. Not only did I get baby size but the prices went up too. Who does firehouse think they are? I feel totally ripped off!!! Its good don't get me wrong, but you definitely don't get your moneys worth. I will just make my own at home before I'll go there again. The environment is homey and comfortable.
