Worst service ever staff is not interested in customers waffle tasted weird like perfume or vape n I don’t use either it just wasn’t edible I told staff n they didn’t even apologized just offer another but I refused they just need to stop putting perfumed lotions when u bake or touch ingredients that’s insane I just throw away 7 will never go back there

Very nice kids friendly option. In the table area there are some arcade machines and a hall to take photos and my girls had a lot of fun while they waited. They have many ice cream options and the employees are very attentive.

I had the most dreadful experience at Frosty's Lab Nitrogen Yogurt and Ice Cream. My wife simply asked for a vanilla ice cream with sprinkles and chocolate syrup, as she always does. But instead of paying attention to our order, the incompetent employees decided to substitute chocolate syrup with Nutella, despite knowing that my wife is severely allergic to it. This careless mistake resulted in us spending the entire evening in the hospital until 2 am. It's clear that the employees need to prioritize their tasks over idle chatter and the management needs a serious overhaul. Avoid this place at all costs unless you're looking for a trip to the emergency room!

Definitely an experience! I love this place however they only speak spanish and it takes so long to get your order! Placing an order in advance might be a better option. The ice cream is great although it is a little melted. The overall experience was amazing since you get to see how it's made and how they use the nitrogen.
