Giardino Gourmet Salads

Today, I visited this place after six months, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. There were only two employees: one was handling online orders and attending to walk-in customers at the same time, while the other assisted me. It took him over 20 minutes to prepare a single salad, and during that time, communication was difficult as he spoke so softly I could barely understand him. That wasn’t the main issue, though.

What truly frustrated me was that nearly 25 minutes had passed, and I still hadn’t received the dressings I requested, nor were the salads mixed. The entire process was extremely slow. On top of that, the toppings are very limited — only four are included, and each additional one costs an extra dollar.

I got tired of waiting and decided to leave. I ended up going to Chipotle instead, where I was served a fresh salad in under five minutes. The difference in service was night and day.

I’m very disappointed with Giardiano. I won’t be returning, not even to their Doral location, where the service has been just as poor in the past.

I should have mentioned that the location in both Miami Lakes and Doral are really disgusting, they don't show any hygiene.

Had the Build Your Own Salad at Giordano's and it was fantastic! I loved the flexibility to add whatever I wanted, and everything was fresh. The crispy croutons had the perfect crunch, and the salad itself was crisp and refreshing. The chicken was cooked just right, tender and flavorful. Definitely a satisfying and yummy meal. Highly recommend!

Best salad I’ve ever had! I think it was called the big Greek? But it wasn’t your typical Greek, it had quina and it was soooooo good. Will try to recreate it sometime soon.

Absolutely delicious! Tried My Big Fat Greek and boy, the best Hummus I’ve ever had. The waiter was very attentive too. Will be back for more! (Maybe even tomorrow!)

The prices are decent as well as the portions. The salads are always fresh. The staff is patient. The venue is small, cramped and clean. The curry chicken is horrendous! They must use Indian curry because Jamaican curry tastes delicious. Also, they charge you $2.99 for a ridiculously small amount of chicken or protein. I mean RIDICULOUSLY tiny amount! Overall, this is my go-to place for a quick, healthy meal (when I can afford it ?).

The food got me sick and the rice was not fresh or well cooked, there were plenty of rock hard grains of rice. To top it all off it was like $15 for a bowl ??

As an enjoyer of Giardinos, I am upset. I ordered 2 K&Q salads from Uber eats and received them dry & without sauce. Very disappointed :(
