As an enjoyer of Giardinos, I am upset. I ordered 2 K&Q salads from Uber eats and received them dry & without sauce. Very disappointed :(

Arrived at 8:30P hoping to sit down and enjoy a good salad and found chairs stacked and told I could only order to go. The staff rushed preparing my salad . Got home and found they forgot to include the salad dressing and the salad was inedible.. Terrible experience with this location. Other locations are excellent in my experience. They should not publish a 9P closing time and close at 8:30P. Don't waste your time with this location.

I went with my family to eat.. order and at the moment of paying they tell me that I can't stay and eat because they close in 10 min.... was 8:30. Not only that... when I got home, they were in such a hurry to make the salads that forgot my salad dressing. Very bad experience terrible service... only in this

Salads are made to order on the spot. And if you don't like any of their signature crafted salads, you can create your own salad customized the way YOU like it. You need to try their Deli Salads too. The Curry Turkey is delicious.

I ordered a takeaway salad that was really very bad. They practically give you a Ball full of lettuce, a little tomato, a little cucumber, a little cheese. And about 5 grumblers. And I didn't like the sauce that accompanies it... it really wasn't good. I ordered a Greek salad.

I've been a regular customer at this place since I work in front of it. Unfortunately, I can't help but express my frustration with the consistently poor service I've had during my visits. Each time is just a disappointing experience with the service.The soup is good, and I keep returning because of it. However, I've encountered several issues during my visits, including being ignored when trying to place my order and receiving less-than-helpful responses when seeking clarification about the menu. Today was the 3rd time that this happened to me, I'm ordering and the person just left without saying anything, and I had to wait 10 minutes for another person to come to take my order.

Food tastes good, but it comes with a high price… I paid $16 for a “small” chicken caesar and a water. If you are on a budget, I suggest you stay away from this place.

i ordered a my way salad and i felt like my salad was hot. and honestly i feel like the chicken is more suitable for a soup and not a salad (it tastes like soggy chicken from soup) the staff was very nice

I came in 5 minutes in before closing (I know and I’m sorry but it wasn’t gonna take too long to do my order) and one of the employees said they are closed when they had the ingredients still out. Horrible service. Do not recommend eating here. Retrain your employees on service or fire them.

This place will never get an order from me or my family again. They take forever for the wrong order and didn't send was was ordered. I ordered a Thai Salad and Roasted Pecans, for a total of 35 dollars. The salad was just lettuce and carrots, no protein and the Pecans never got here.
